Excellent dentistry group! Caring and compassionate staff. I'm so glad that I found Virginia Family after having terrible experiences at other dentist offices. They also have an in-house Periodontist who is wonderful!

This team is amazing. Dr. McCormack is knowledgeable, thorough, and friendly -- she really goes the extra mile to make sure her patients are feeling comfortable with the procedures and that they have all the info they need. Her bedside manner is great. The staff are so friendly, too -- the hygienist (I believe her name is Kristin) who has worked most closely with me is SO nice; Dena, who helps out with insurance claims and benefits, is awesome, as well as the front-desk staff (the lady with the short, red hair , whose name is escaping me, is quite sweet). They will laugh and joke around with you til you feel like you're old friends, which makes "going to the dentist" a lot less daunting! Sometimes the prices are high, but they're no higher than other dentists I've seen, and the experience is all-around very pleasant -- and I say that while recovering from my third gum surgery in a year, so you'd think I'd never want to see a dentist's office again! Honestly, go see these guys. You may not love going to the dentist, but they do great work and will leave you smiling for reasons MORE than just your teeth. :)

Met as new patient by a very pleasant gentleman upon entering office, his name was Brian. Felt welcomed although you could see everyone at front were busy and occupied on computers, he stopped, got up and came over since there was no one at front when I arrived. The rest of appointment went well and the staff were nice and professional. But you remember your first impression and the actions of Brian is what stands out with my visit. He deserves to be greeting all that enter the office!!!! Outstanding attitude!

Dr Lopez is the best I seen her today and I was terrified I have not taken care of my teeth at all she made me feel so comfortable I couldn't believe it was me at the dentist and I wasn't crying. The technique she uses to inject the needle is amazing I just love her

Excellent location, friendly workers, everyone seemed very competent. Visit took too long: 7:45 until a little after 9:00. They did not clean my teeth, but poked at my teeth (painful) and scheduled 2 future visits to "extreme-clean" them. We'll see how it works. I expect no more pain on the next visit. They've invented medicines for that!

Dr. Marc Gamache and the staff at the Chester location have taken care of me for more than 10 years. Before I started going here I dreaded going to the dentist, but here even getting numbed for a procedure is nearly painless! I recently moved to NC and I know it's going to be next to impossible to find a dental practice that will measure up to my experience at VA Family Dentistry of Chester!

I normally go to the midlo locations but they were booked and I needed to get in for a cleaning, so I visited the Chester location. Andrea was very accommodating and helpful. My teeth are sensitive to cold air/water , Andrea made sure to be cautious during the visit.
