I've been going to Dr. Bates for about 6 months now having had two cleaning appointments and an exam with x-rays. Each visit has been great and I've had the chance to be seen by both Dr. Bates and the other dentist. They are both very friendly and caring and always answer all of your questions. The front desk staff and hygienists are great as well. I highly recommend Dr. Bates and his staff.

The BEST! As someone who has serious dental phobias my entire adult life,this office goes above and beyond. From the moment you walk in, the front staff it is a warm, friendly, relaxing space. That experience and feeling continues thru the entire staff in the back. I was worried about the new dentist, Dr. Thatch,as I had not met her. I had the privilege of seeing her yesterday and she is just as amazing as Dr. Bates! The entire practice treats you like family and I cannot say enough great things. Even my 3 grandchildren love it there( they are 11, 9 and 6).

Absolutely, by far, the BEST Dentist I know! Dr. Bates is gentle, caring, empathetic and an overall amazing Dentist. His practice stays current with modern technology so you can have a crown made within an hour. The office is clean and safe, and the staff is so knowledgeable and friendly. When I am there, I don’t feel like a patient, I feel like a member of their family!

Great dentist.great staff. Doctor Bates is not my regular dentist , I saw my dentist the day before who did nothing to help my tooth pain. I was referred to Doctor Bates and called in the morning they got me right in and helped me and stopped the pain. Not because he had too but because he cared. This is a good man a good dentist and a good practice. I am switching and will become a regular patient with Doctor Bates. Thank you Doctor Bates and Shelly and Stacy you guys are awesome
