This is by far the best practice I have been too. Dr. Bates is excellent and his staff are very nice. They are not out to get your wallet like some of the others

A practice is only as good as it’s staff. My wife, myself, and our seven children have been going to this practice for over a decade. Everyone we come in contact with has always been top shelf. Whether direct patient care, scheduling, or dealing with insurance issues, this place is amazing!!!!

I am interning at Dr. Bates office currently, I will be finishing up soon, but I would like to give his whole office staff and himself a five star review. Courtney and Ivy and my preceptors and have taught me SO much without getting annoyed with my ignorance. Dr. Bates is the most patient and kind doctor I have ever encountered. He treats every patient as if he has known them forever. He takes the time to explain a procedure step by step if you aren’t 100% sure as to what’s next. Being “behind the scenes”, I can honestly say his office is very sanitary. I would like to thank Dr. bates, Courtney, and Ivy for taking their time with me and making me knowledgeable in the dental field.

The staff and Dentist took out the time to thoroughly explain all the details from my exam. I was impressed with the care they provided during my appointment.

Total trust in Dr. Bates and his staff. Great “bedside” manner. Completely at ease for a first time procedure along with my first visit to the practice. Highly recommend.

I have been going to Dr. Bates for 25 years and have always been happy with the dental services at his office. I now bring my children and the staff are great with them too.

So maybe a month or so ago I went on Facebook Market Place asking about a good dental office to go to and I was given so many places but Dr. Bates Office was referred the most. So i called and made appts for myself and my youngest. The day of the appointments finally arrived and i show up but ended up being disappointed. 😔 But not for the reasons you may think. See I was disappointed because I wouldn’t be able to see them for our dental care because of our insurance they didn’t take and after all the recommendations and how the staff treated us yesterday to not be able to come was disappointing. Let me tell you about my experience. I wish I could remember the two lovely ladies at the front desk that helped me but I can’t. Anyway while getting my youngest checked in she wasn’t sure if they took her insurance so she asked her teammate and her teammate took it upon herself to call my daughters insurance company and sit on the line and wait to check and see if they took it which she didn’t have to do. While she was checking my daughters the other lady started putting my info in and I had checked my insurance website that said they took my insurance so I was confident I was good. Well to make sure she called as well to confirm my insurance and while talking to them the lady checking on my daughters Insurance comes back and says that they didn’t take hers. I was bummed but waited to hear about mines. So after it came back that they didn’t take mines either but she didn’t hang up she went a step further and asked them to fax over places that do take my insurance and apparently customer service said they can’t but directed her to a website to look and she could’ve thought to herself ok this is too much, I’ll tell her we don’t take it and send them on their way, but know she goes step by step on the phone with them to find places that take my insurance. When that was as successful she hung up and at this point could’ve given up but didn’t. She and her teammate referred me to 3 other highly recommended doctors. They both could’ve easily said we don’t take your insurance sorry and kept it moving but they didn’t. If that wasn’t enough before sending us on our way with 3 highly recommended doctors she tells me to hold on and goes in the back and comes back out with goody bags for myself and my daughter and my 7 yr old absolutely loved her colorful toothbrush and glittery dental floss.

I may not have been able to see them but I’ll definitely recommend this practice.

Dr. Bates and his team are awesome! I've been going to him since I was a child. I've started taking my son there and he loves going to the dentist!

Always a great experience at Dr Bates. Dr Bates team are top notch! They make you feel like family.
