So I had a root canal done this past Monday. This is my second with this office and I believe I been with the Fredericksburg office now for about 5+ years and not one visit to this day has disappointed me. This particular visit was the best one yet for the fact I had dealt with the pain a whole month before I got the work done and I kept putting it off for other work done and money; though this is the best price around hands down; and reschedules. I called last minute to switch the cleaning to the root canal that was no problem they reacted fast and got me in. To add to that I didn’t have the money but would have it two days after the appointment. Now most places would have said ok and rescheduled but not Mrs. Jackie (I hope I spelled that right) lol!!! She put her trust in me along with some paperwork I had to sign and got me in anyway and I kept my end of it as well. She is the real MVP and hero of that appointment. Along with Mr. Swanson and his assistant; I apologize for not getting her name but she made the best crown yet to fit; and to add to that Swanson did a fantastic job on the canal. They informed me there would be pain after but there was none to endure AT ALL! Great Job Great Staff Great Prices Great Office

I have been dealing with some weird green stains on my teeth for a while. I eat healthy, and couldn’t figure out where they were coming from?!
I started to notice the same green stain on my other family members, gum line and between teeth.
I was informed by my hygienist, that the stain was from eating blueberries! Who knew?
Kayla was so thorough, and patient to work me out of the embarrassment I have been dealing with. I wasn’t aware I could come in for more cleanings for stains outside of my insurance rated visits.
She looked up my out of pocket charge, which helped me to weave in another cleaning. I appreciated all the information she shared with me during my visit, so helpful and kind.
