Staff is very friendly. I had to have a couple teeth extracted and Debra was very comforting with her bright, and cheerful manner. Dr Swanson made each procedure painless and made me feel they wanted to make things as comfortable as possible. The staff at their Fredericksburg location are very friendly and professional. The office is very clean. They are constantly sanitizing after each patient. The staff are very professional, have experience in working with kids, no long wait times. Staff extremely friendly. I would recommend Southpoint Quality Dental for your whole family.

Front desk crew(???). Assistant nurse was friendly and made me feel comfortable..... but the doctor came in didn't say hello or speak anything to me at all. Look inside my mouth for a minute which felt like 20 seconds and made a decision and left the room. ☹️🤷🏽♀️ Clean building.

I absolutely love this office. They are hands down the best ever. Dr. Josh swanson is by far the best dentist I have ever had, and his staff is extremely helpful and nice. They truly treat you like family. My kids had a horrible experience at another office and became terrified of dentists. After they saw Dr. Swanson they are no longer afraid. They make sure you are comfortable and take away any nerves you have while in the chair. I will say if we ever move out of state... my family and I will be flying back to have any dental work done.

I had a wonderful experience with this dental office. I was a new patient and was able to get an appointment in a very reasonable time frame. My first visit was excellent. The staff were helpful and the check in process was extremely efficient. My X-ray’s and exam were through the dentist explained my treatment plan and answered my questions. I would highly recommend this practice.

Kayla and Madison were friendly, caring and super efficient. Would give a 5 except I had to sit in the chair and wait for the dentist for 20 minutes…. to do what? Look over Kayla’s excellent job?
