It’s NOT EASY to find a decent local Dentist nowadays. The essential 3 criteria for a Great Dental are: Quality Treatment + Decent Prices + Friendly Staff. My husband patronized this Dental office ever since 2006. He was a professor at an elite close by university and he always had a very hectic schedule. This dental clinic accommodated his emergency dental treatment and he saw them frequently. When I moved into Fredericksburg; my husband recommended them to me and I checked them out for first time like a year ago. I am glad I did . I was impressed with their quality detailed treatments; their decent below market prices and ABOVE ALL; I was taken by their superior customer service. Sometimes I felt as if I was the only patient in the office with bunch of professional specialists and elite dentists taking care of me all at the same time. Additionally; their office staff will overwhelm you with a customer service like none I ever experienced. They are courteous; accommodating; and overwhelmingly caring. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DENTAL CLINIC. I am speaking of all the experience I had in dealing with them throughout all of my treatments. Just go in and ask for the office manager Melissa and you will see what I am talking about.

I just had my crowns placed today after a very long painful wait of 8 years. My back story is not pretty and caused a great deal of anxiety and stress after a previous dentist broke my tooth while I was under completely asleep. Then lied about it, went back a total of 18 times to attempt to fix the area. Had major infections, swelling, and never had a properly fitting bridge. They left rot under their bridge and I had no idea that the pain was suppose to not be there. So I lived with it. My fear of the dentist was unreal and I just dealt with all of the pain and discomfort for many years.
Then I stumbled upon SouthPoint Quality dental and read the reviews and went to meet the staff. At first it wasn't so pretty because I was so not trusting of anyone who worked in the dental field. That was very unfair and not right. It was Alison and Vicki who first put me at ease. Then Dr Swanson talked to me and attempted to put me at ease. I started with cleanings, then deep cleanings, all with Valium and nitrous I might add. And of course I made my poor husband come with me. I slowly was starting to trust all of you. I began to have a great sense of responsibility to start taking care of my teeth and oral care. It was an amazing transformation. I just continued to keep coming. We had a few bumps in the road but with faith and God leading the way and guiding all of you I want you all to know that I will forever believe in you and your care for me. Today marks a huge day for me. Today we corrected the wrong that was done to me over 8 years ago. I still have a few more steps and procedures to go. I have to get an implant done. That process starts in February but everything will be done by June of 2022. My heart is full, happy, and finally stressfree. I wanted to thank you all so very much for helping me. Thank you for showing me so much love and grace. My son Kevin has even started Dental Assisting class after seeing all of this. Your office is where I hope he chooses to gain employment when the time is right.

Where do I start. First encounter with Jackie via telephone - awesome! Got a new patient appointment the same week I called. Appointment day- awesome. The staff is very professional, welcoming and informative. Erin the dental assistant explains every step and so sweet. My cleaning with Kayla was great! She’s very gentle and also explains what she’s doing and why. Dr. Swanson explained and also allowed me to view the problem area that needed repair and explained the process. I will be back for my crown and cleaning is already scheduled for July. This is a great welcoming office and will have my family start their care here as we are new to the area.

The entire staff at this dentist office from the assistants to the doctor are amazing, very friendly, they really calm your nerves, talk to you throughout the entire process, laugh with you and you won't even feel like you're at the dentist. Not to even mention they're great at what they do, painless and quick. I recommend this office 100% to everyone!

We love Quality Dental! We have taken our boys here since their very first dental visit and they have made going to the dentist an event that the kids actually enjoy and get excited about! Everyone is friendly and great with kids, calm, gentle, explaining things, and include the kids in their cleaning. My husband and I have also had wonderful experiences here and recommend them to everyone!

We are extremely disappointed with how we were recently treated here. We received a call today that the clinic is planning to close for the minor 1-3 inches of snow that is expected to fall overnight. The clinic wanted to reschedule both my husband's and my appointment for routine cleanings. Because of our work schedules, we are limited to Fridays for doctors' appointments. Despite the fact that we are established clients, we were told that they could not get us in on a Friday any sooner than April. An established client should not have to wait three months to be seen for a routine visit when it was the clinic who cancelled the appointment and inconvenienced the client. This is completely unacceptable and we do plan to take our business elsewhere. We will not be recommending this clinic to anyone due to their apparent disregard for client loyalty.

SouthPoint Dental is amazing! Everyone there from the receptionist to the Doctor was exceptional. My dental assistant who took care of me was named Jordan and made me feel very at ease and prepped me, for Kayla the Hygienist. Everyone seemed well trained and extremely professional. Well I have nothing bad to say about South Point I have been referred to them through the VA they have done a crown for me years back and it is holding strong with no issues. All of the staff is vary nice from anyone on the phones to everyone that has worked with me and my mouth. I’m a smoker and coffee drinker it’s nice to not get a lecture and to not made to feel bad for my bad habits they are all just nice and professional. I have nothing bad to say now I just need the VA to approve some work so they can do it and I will be back. Thanks for the quality work and professionalism.
