I never felt more comfortable going to a dentist in my life. The staff is incredibly friendly very caring absolutely love the positive effects. The Doctor was very caring. What I loved the most she listened and took her time. I’ve been to other places and I would feel very uncomfortable. No trust I always felt they were out to make more money and not taking care of me. I’m so grateful I found SQD. This is the place you want to go for all your dental needs.

This is my first time visiting Southpoint quality dental. It came highly recommended by quite a few of my fellow employees. On the weekend I had a tooth break off and I called them Monday morning. Being a new patient I was impressed and they got me right in and took care of me. They were very friendly and caring. Dr. Swanson did an outstanding job with my root canal. I did not feel any pain during the procedure and my recovery is going well. The office staff called to see how I was doing a few days after my procedure. My whole experience has been excellent and the staff are very helpful and pleasant.

Southpoint Quality Dental is by far the best dentistry I’ve ever been to. As someone who avoided all dentist for 10 years once and then 4 years another time because I get anxiety whenever I go, I can honestly say I don’t regret coming every 6 months and I don’t avoid coming here. I booked an appointment for myself and my 3 yo son at the same time and they handled everything professionally and caring. My son has no fears going to the dentist and loves this place. I’ll always be a customer even if I have to drive out of my way to go. You don’t get better care than Southpoint Quality Dental.

This was my first visit to this dental office. My appointment was for 10:00 and I was arrived few minutes early. The waiting room was empty. At 10:20 I had not yet been called, so I went to the window and explained that I had another commitment and needed to be out of the office by 11:00. They promptly called me into the treatment room and preceded with the exam. The staff did not appear to be busy and no explanation was given of why they were late. The exam was professional and through, the exam room pleasant and the equipment was up to date.
After the exam, the dentist came in and stated they and had found some serious problems, and proposed a course of action which would cost me thousands of dollars, in spite of the fact that I have good dental insurance. Because of the time constricts, we were not able to discuss the course of action in detail, but invited me to come back at any time to discuss it further.
I was our of the office at 11:05.

Very friendly staff. Dr. Swanson is so personable, and took time to explain things. Lauren was very patient and understanding, and explained everything in detail. Would highly recommend this office if you are apprehensive about dentists. I appreciate individual rooms for dental care (not lined up in one big room so everyone can see you getting your teeth cleaned).
