We moved to Fredericksburg from VA. Beach and continued to travel back to see our dentist of 30 years. We really thought we should establish ourselves locally in case needed. We asked around and received several referrals. Southpoint Quality Dental is who we chose after calling to basically interview. We had our first appointment and all staff were just fantastic. This is the best dentist office ever! I selected it and love that so many services are offered. All of my dental needs are going to be met by this great staff. As a new patient, Melissa provided stellar customer service with ensuring I understood the paperwork and all of my questions were answered. Cody the xray technican had to take 18 xrays but he kept me laughing throughout the entire process. The process for 18 really seemed like eight when I looked back on how well he kept me distracted. Lauren the hygienist is serious about her job and I wish I had her in my life a few years ago. I cant wait for her to see my improvements. Dr. Swanson has the best manner when delivering not so pleasant news. He explains the information at a level a patient can understand and ask the right questions. I appreciated his attention to detail when going over his approach for my treatment plan. I have finally found my dental home that makes me happy to be going to the dentist again. I called my reg dentist office when my daughter was having pain from a previous filling. They're usually very accommodating but they couldn't see her that Friday. With the weekend coming up, my husband found Southpoint Quality who were also booked. However, the Dentist stated he would see her & at least assess her. The staff was very friendly, professional, accommodating & the best part was that the Dentist not only assessed the issue but fixed my daughter's pain all within 2 hrs of having taken her in. I highly recommend this practice to anyone.
