Got my three little kids in and out in an hour. The staff and hygienist and dentists were all excellent with my little kids. They had a great experience which is tough at the dentist eps for little kids. Their office runs smoothly and they’re all friendly and professional. We switched here because our first dentist would not take our military insurance but we are sticking with them. Thank you for your excellent work!

I am not one for bad reviews because I understand people misinterpret other's behavior all the time but when a doctor's behavior makes a person feel insulted I feel something should be said. I feel Dr. Swanson will not care how I feel because that is how he made me feel at today's appointment. After a brief maybe 10 minutes of his presence, he did not have one care about what I had to say during my appointment. I felt so dismissed by Dr. Swanson. My appointment began at 7 am and ended at 9 am with me asking to leave and feeling so disgusted. I just gave this man money and wasted 2 hours of my life, both of those I will never get back. Then I was handed a treatment plan that had an estimate of 15,000. I am unsure who would give someone who treats people this was $15,000. I actually thought my appointment was with Dr. Tran who is an amazing dentist. She is very friendly, personable, and takes the time to make eye contact and speak to you, not dismiss you. She gives you advise and information with options. Very disappointed I lost 2 hours of my life today sitting in Dr. Swanson's office and gave him money to feel insulted. I feel as if this review will not even phase him like my presence did not but when people are seeking advice and services they are paying for you should treat them as if they matter.

I have been seeing Dr. Swanson for years along with my entire family. I can always count on the best treatment from everyone. They fit me in on today’s visit and I was extremely pleased, as always, with the service and timely attention. My issue was corrected and I was better within minutes. I am particularly anxious with each visit due to trauma from many years ago and I am welcomed and understood. Patti is amazing and always knows how to make me comfortable. I just love and recommend them to everyone!!!!

I would not go anywhere else! Dr. Josh and his staff are amazing! I went in with my husband to make an appointment for myself. They were book but had an availability right then if I wanted to stay. I did and ended up needing a crown so again, they said if I could stay they would figure out how to work me in and they did. We are moving soon and I am so sad that I have to find a new dentist because no one will measure up to Dr. Josh and his caring staff!

The staff is phenomenal. Great attitudes, friendliness and caring customer service. Easy to work with, fun to engage with and be around. Not a stuffy doctors office by any means, a real breath of fresh air with real atmosphere. Kayla keeps me on toes, she as good as you can get.
