Great experience at this office again- smooth process in the front office, amazing staff up front and in the back. Always on time, I’m never waiting beyond my appt time. The dental assistants here are really top notch- they seem to have more confidence in skills and bedside manner/relationship is genuine, caring. Dental hygienists I have had also seem more skilled than average. I have had work done from Dr Haueis and Dr Christofakis, both are knowledgeable, very responsive, professional and they are not ever trying to do more (upsell) than is necessary, sensitive to cost and give options when that is a factor. Not always the case in other places I’ve been. Their after appt response to any questions or issues is amazing. I won’t be going anywhere else. Best dental clinic I have found. (This clinic also does a great deal of giving back to the community- that matters to me)

Dr. Chistofakis, Brianna, and the entire team at Short Pump Dental are fantastic! Truly wonderful family dentistry. Friendly, professional, and excellent clinicians. Our whole family goes there and the care and service we receive have always been exceptional, from the dental team to hygiene team to the front office. They are great with kids too and really go out of their way to make sure that the first experiences at the dentist are positive ones. They listen to me as a parent and also make great suggestions based on their experience and knowledge of children who may be nervous about going the dentist. By far, the best experience I have ever had with any dental office. Their level of customer service and friendliness is a rare but valued! Each time I go in, they expect me, greet me and know me by name. (how cool is that?!) The office staff is very nice and always seem happy which goes a long way. I don't know who enjoys getting work done on their teeth but Holly makes sure I am comfortable & keeps me at ease with friendly conversation. Billing is something that always seems "squirrely" to me but theirs is easy to understand and straight forward. They explain everything thoroughly before committing to schedule. Last but not least - they hand delivered a gift to my home after my first visit... wow! Short Pump Dental really knows how to treat their patients. Thank you!

Love Short Pump Dental. Both dentists are very friendly and attentive, as are their hygienists. They are taking every necessary precaution to protect their staff and patients during Covid-19 and it’s much appreciated!
