I visited Short Pump Dental during COVID-19 and they had it together. They had all their PPE on and as a patient I felt very safe. As always they are wonderful and knowledgeable.

Always 5 stars!! I’m not sure what else to add to all positive reviews the practice receives. Many times my son asks when is his dentist appointment. He calls and talks to Dell about his lost teeth. They talk about tooth fairy. He lets doctor C know when he looses them. Anita and Danalee are great. Indrani, Holly, Johnna, Nicole, Brianna, and Linda always take the time to make you feel comfortable and very welcoming.
I trust doctor C with all his recommendations and treatments!

Best dentists in all of short pump. The staff is so friendly and helpful, they make you feel like family. Dr. C and Dr. Haueis are outgoing and knowledgeable and make you feel comfortable and at home. They offer high quality state of the art care. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my dental care!

While Dr. C is great and does a wonderful job, I cannot recommend this practice at all. I had a crown done in June of 2018. I paid in full prior to the crown being installed. Eight months later, I received a bill claiming that I owed hundreds of dollars more than was already paid. An insurance pre-authorization was conducted prior to the June 2018 service. I was assured that what I was paying in June of 2018 was my total amount due. I was about to drop the dental insurance we had in favor of a new plan, the office told me I had to hurry and have the crown done in order for the old insurance to cover the work. Now, the total amount due has nearly double from the original payment - after eight months!
I would absolutely avoid this practice. It is too easy to find a good dentist who has competent office staff, that can actually handle insurance billing, to put yourself through this type of situation.

Staff is friendly and the Hygienists are amazing. Best part is Dr Haueis. Honest, very experienced ans has a way of putting his patients at ease. I'm 51 years old and without a doubt the best dentist and hygienists I've ever had!
