I would strongly recommend Short Pump Dental to anyone looking for a great dental practice. They are super safe during this time of COVID. And equally importantly, they make you comfortable.
I have been going to Short Pump Dental now for many years. When Dr. Lucas left I was curious about who would take his place. Fortunately for us Dr. Christofakis was brought in as his replacement.
Dr. C and his team do a great job in explaining what is necessary and making me comfortable throughout a visit.
Today Dr. C and Brianna prepared me for a future crown. During and after the procedure I was without pain.
Brianna is also a great dental hygienist. She does a great job during cleanings and she is a great assistant to Dr. C during procedures. She and Dr. C have a light comical banter that make for a relaxing environment.

Everyone from the front desk to the hygienists to the dentists are exceptionally polite, efficient, and skilled. We have always felt well-cared for. We love Johnna! They helped our kids learn to appreciate the value of proper dental care instead of fearing "trips to the dentist". They have a great treat selection for young kids too! The office is easy to get to, the waiting room is nice, and their finance and billing team is easy to work with as well. Anita is great! This office is a great dental practice for anyone.

I’ve been going here for years. I do have anxiety about going to the dentist and hate going, but I do go every 6 months and see it as a necessary evil. Haha! I’ve had a great experience with Dr Hauesis every single time. I’ve seen Dr. C once and he too seemed very nice and both put you at ease. Both of the dental hygienist are gentle, very nice, and so friendly as well as the front staff. I highly recommend this practice!
