What an outstanding dental clinic with an impeccable staff! Me and my wife had an appointment yesterday at Biggers Dental Clinic, and we are truly impressed with this facility. We were nervous at first because we didn't know what to expect even though we have been through a first dental visit more than a dozen times before. However, as soon as we walked in, we knew this was the dental clinic that we both dreamed about. Dr. Biggers and his staff calmed us down, smiled, and made us feel right at home. They truly value their customers and treat them with dignity and respect. The service we received here was second to none and before we knew it, everything was done! We woke up this morning and our teeth and gums have never felt better! In addition, we have been looking around for a good dental clinic for over two years, and we finally found one! We have been to many dental clinics in the past, but we have never seen or experienced a clinic as good as this one. If you are looking around for a dental clinic that has fast and courteous service, very high standards, stands behind their work, and truly values their customers, look no further than Biggers Dental Clinic, and I promise you will not be disappointed! I’ve been going here for years and I’ll keep going as long as Dr. Biggers is there. The staff is awesome as well! From front desk to assistants everyone is so sweet and they are always on schedule. No waiting around, very punctual staff. Tammy the dental hygienist who’s been there 26ish years is so detail oriented and really knows her stuff. They also keep up with new technology but keep the smaller family office feel. They also always have good advice and solutions for me, I actually really like going to the dentist since finding them. 😊

Always friendly and helpful! The entire team is involved with your care. Dr. Biggers always makes himself available. This is not a large cooperate dental office/chain, which I have used before. So the attention is personalized and genuine. And small does not mean less capable. I have been really impressed with the scanning equipment that allows something similar to an CAT Scan of the mouth, teeth, and face. If you need an evaluation at this level it is right in the office. I have needed this type of scan before for a tooth and had to go to another office to get it done. If you need all the bells and whistles they are in the office. If you just need a cleaning then Tammy will take care of you! As will the rest of the Team!

I saw Dr. Biggers as a teenager and moved away from Virginia as an adult for school and work. Now that I am back in Virginia and found my way back to a good dentist. Really good people at Hood Biggers’ office.

Just had my first visit with Dr. Biggers. My family Dennis retired a few years ago sure was good to get that personal touch from a family Dentist. I received a thorough cleaning and examination with a personal touch. The entire staff was very friendly I felt right at home.

Dr. Biggers is such a down to earth, yet very professional dentist and I would recommend him to any and everyone! I felt absolutely no pain during the first portion of my root canal. The only thing I felt was the needle pokes in my mouth while being numbed, as expected. I have the second portion of my root canal coming up and for the first time... I'm not shaking in my boots worrying about the appointment!! I also need to mention that Dr. Biggers' team is fantastic (I remember their names, but I don't want to butcher them) Each of them were incredibly sweet, polite, and were very gentle and comforting. Not to mention I had to bring my 8 year old with me and they treated him wonderfully!! Thank you so much, Dr. Biggers and team!! ❤️❤️

Very enjoyable visit. Everyone was so nice and they explained everything they were doing. I appreciate Dr. Biggers’ conservative approach to dental care and the expertise of everyone in the office. I love it when I feel like I’m not getting the “hard sell” techniques!

Dr. Biggers and his staff are wonderful. I’m not a fan of the dentist and he makes sure to do everything he can to keep me comfortable while fixing any dental issues I have. I highly recommend this practice.

I was in for my scheduled cleaning. Amanda, the Dental Hygienist was great. She was professional, polite. attentive and kind. Dr. Biggers and his staff are welcoming and provide an atmosphere which is pleasant and inviting.

Dr.Biggers on time and personable. I knocked out a front tooth 13 years ago and you would never know it. His prices are also reasonable. He has a great staff.

Dr. Biggers is the most personable and kind man I’ve ever met . His staff is fun and sincere . Shannon is extremely knowledgeable about insurance and her appointment schedule runs on time . I’m a Biggers fan 😆 !
