Dr. Biggers and his staff saw me on short notice for a very painful toothache! I was seen by Carolyn, his Assistant who examined the painful area then took an X-ray. Turns out it was not pain originating from the tooth. The root cause was a sinus infection that was pressing down on the crowned tooth. No pun intended! 😂 Dr. Biggers had prescribed an antibiotic plus otc ibuprofen to tide me over before the visit. The antibiotic he prescribed should clear the infected sinus cavity. I am very pleased with the professionalism and spot on diagnosis and care provided on such short notice! I grade this practice A+! Thanks.

I have been a patient of Dr. Biggers for quite a while. As always, he is extremely professional and really knowledgeable.
While that is very important, just as important to me, is the way you are treated as a welcome friend. He is always happy to see you and you can see that he, and the staff, care about you.
The whole office is full of friendly people and it makes for a very good experience.

Dr Biggers is a fantastic dentist. My whole family has been going to him for years. He is very caring towards his patients and his whole crew is dedicated and compassionate about their work . He would never tell you that you have a dental problem if you don't. His practice has excellent covid precaution to protect patients and his staff and I never feel unsafe.He is a true health care professional upholding the standards of integrity and compassion which may be difficult to find in these times.

I had a wonderful experience at this dentistry! Everyone was so kind and welcoming, I actually enjoyed my appointment and felt very at ease. A friend recommended Dr. Biggers to me. She told me that he was the best! And that he is! Today was my 2nd visit, I had 7 fillings done. I have always been nervous and uncomfortable about getting any dental work done, especially when it comes to getting numb. So I would always put it off. Well never again! Today is the first time ever that I can remember I didn’t feel anything at all. Dr. Biggers really knows what he is doing! He makes you feel comfortable and talks you through everything. Also he has a great team working with him. I am really happy I made this switch! Just a great atmosphere with great people. I can’t wait to show off my new smile when it’s time to take the mask off 😊

Good bedside manner yet I have reason to doubt his competency as a dentist and his willingness to fix his mistakes.

I was Mr. Biggers' patient for about a year and was happy with the service until the mistake which is why I didn't leave one star. He was removing an impacted wisdom tooth and the tooth shattered causing excruciating pain despite the medication. He refused to prescribe pain medicine and instead gave me some oil of cloves for the pain. I have had kidney stones and I know what real pain feels like. For about three weeks I was in such pain that I wasn't able to sleep. Rather than fixing his mistake he had me wait until the pieces of the tooth worked their way out insisting that all I needed was the oil. There was even damage to the tooth nearby that cut the inside of my mouth until another dentist filed it down which Mr. Biggers did not fix.

Update: Dr. Biggers' response "my records don't show this" rather than an apology demonstrate an incredible lack of compassion. He called my wife and has not returned calls to talk about this.

Best dentist and best staff. I would never go anywhere else. Dr. Biggers is awesome.

I found out about Dr. Biggers from Nextdoor and took a chance on making an appointment due to the wonderful comments about him and his staff. I've always been nervous about going to the dentist and only go when I absolutely have to. I really appreciate the fact that Dr. Biggers was comforting and patient with me and thoroughly explained my options without rushing. I feel confident that when I see him for my follow-up appointment, it will go smoothly.

My family and I have been going to Dr. Biggers and Tammy for years, over a decade, maybe 2 decades!! They are both incredible as well as the rest of the staff. They make you feel very comfortable. They remember you and your family!! I have NEVER had any issues of any kind!! I would recommend them to anyone.

I've been there a 3 times in about 2 months. Every time was more pleasant than the next. They treat you like your family and do great work. Dr Biggers does everything he can to make you comfortable. I had a tooth pulled and two cavities filled and it was about as painless as it possibly could be. The fillings were so well done I can't even find them.
