So I went for a first visit on 10/8. I had a horrible experience at my last dentist visit almost 3 years ago. So, therefore I was hesitant to try another dentist. But, i am a stickler for good customer service and i am in love with this dentist and their staff. Not only did they treat me like family, they went above and beyond to get me the right dental plan specific for me. I will recommend Dr. Biggers and staff to anyone, they have me as a forever patient. Carolyn, Shannon the whole staff was unbelievably amazing. Thank you and I ill see yall on the 13th. I have never been more excited or comfortable to go to the doctor. God bless you all

First of all, let me say I have EXTREME dental anxiety. This team of professionals made me feel accepted with my out-of-wack nerves. The hygienist is VERY thorough. Dr. Biggers is friendly and is humorous which helps my shaky nerves. He is also very efficient. Carolyn was very sweet and understanding. The billing staff was nice as well. The office was very clean and they take every precaution during this pandemic. THANK YOU TEAM BIGGERS!!! FIVE STARS FOR FANTASTIC STAFF!

Dr Biggers has been our family dentist for over 25 years. Recently I lost a large part of one tooth which left a sharp edge in my mouth. This happened about 5 pm two Thursdays ago. I called his office and left a voicemail since they had already closed for the day. Dr Biggers called me back within 2-3 minutes, heard my situation and insisted I come to his office right away. (This in spite of his leaving early the nest mornong for an out-of-town medical seminar.) I arrived around 5:30 pm, and he and his awesome assistant Mina were both waiting for me. By 6 pm I was all fixed and ready to go. It's caring like this which gives Dr Biggers and his dedicated, friendly professional crew such high marks. My wife, kids and extended family wouldn't even consider going to another dentist. Thanks so much, Hood!

A+ place. I would recommend to anyone and everyone. Moved from out of state, took my time finding the perfect dentist office and I found it. Believe me, I’m picky about my dentist office, more specifically... the hygienist. Tammy the hygienist took her time, and was as gingerly as possible. I just had my teeth cleaned, they don’t hurt at all and I didn’t take any ibuprofen before I went. If you have sensitive teeth, come here. The staff was polite and personable. I can’t say enough good things - thank you for the wonderful experience.
