I’ve been going here the last three years. I like that the bus stop is very close, and when I drive, there’s more parking in the back. The front office replied to my emails very quickly and printed forms that I forgot. The staff that cleaned were very thorough and super nice. The DD-2813 form is such a hassle, but the Dr. just fill it out without fuss.
I’d like to see a bench outside for people to wait since the wait room is small. (The staff calls you to the chair using a cellphone anyway.)
I’ve move around a lot, and my mother was a dentist. The majority of them are good. It’s the little things like finding my historical billing in seconds, remembering my visit from a year ago, HGTV in the wait room, making me wash my hands before we started cleaning, etc.

Was hesitant changing dentist after so long with someone I really liked and knew all my foibles! Must say, I was so pleasantly surprised. They made me feel so at home - the front desk folks felt like I knew them for years! This was the first time in my dentist experience that x-rays didn't hurt (bone growth in bottom of mouth.) There's a lot of great things to say about Peninsula Dental Care. First off, Dr. Pham is gentle, comforting, bright, intuitive and caring. She is an all around wonderful Dentist! I also love the assistant Ashley. She is welcoming, kind and informative. She is just the same as Dr. Pham, and together they worked wonderful and very well together. I recommend this office to all of my family and friends.

My first visit was amazing. It's actually the least anxious I've ever felt in a dental chair. Of course my teeth have always been awful, but these people really know their stuff. I'm really optimistic going forward. I've had a lot of dentists in the past, but Dr. Pham and her staff are the friendliest and most genuinely helpful I've ever seen. The Peninsula Dental Clinic is 1st Class everyone there is very Professional and Caring Staff. The staff explains everything that they are going to do to you.
