I thought I just post it’s ridiculous when I go to-change an appointment .For examples .today is November 4, 2021 My appointment was scheduled for December 13, 2021 the receptionist says they do not have an opening until March 2022 .So I’ve been going to this Dental office over 10 years now.Well they have lost my business I will go elsewhere.And I’ve been hesitant and writing a review about this dental office . I feel that this office is over booking if you have to wait almost 3 months for a dentist appointment it’s just crazy. I’ve been wanting to write a review on the customer service that is given to me buy this office .The receptionist upfront need to learn some customer service. They are the first you see and the last you see.Rude
