The Dr. and her staff are nice but....After a year of treatment and spending thousands of dollars (after insurance) one by one my filling started to fall out. Every time I floss a filling pops out. I was told I was flossing wrong but my gum test came back 8's and 9's? My fillings are staining more then my natural teeth. I was over charged by almost $500 and instead of sending me a check they put it on my account as a credit!!! Not happy.

I love everyone here in the office.. they are like family.. we have been coming here since my kids were little and Kim is amazing.. no only do they take care of your teeth.. they connect you with the right people for your health. thanks to them I finally (after 12 yrs) have a doctor who knew how to get my BP under control. This office comes with great reviews and I am having a very hard time understanding why.
The staff communication it’s not there. The front desk literally blamed the doctor for not putting the right notes in and also for canceling appointments because doctor Pham had something else to do at the time of my appointment (staff words). They asked to reschedule my appointment the day before and never called me back. I contacted them and they told me they will call back with a time. Never happened. I called again this week and they told me that the next available it’s in July mind you that is 3 months after my initial appointment time. When I inquired about a earlier time because it wasn’t my choosing to cancel the appointment the lady (Demetry- or Dee how she said to call her) got rude with me and told me that I was bothering her calling there everyday(lol which it’s a lie I have a record of the phone calls and msgs send). I guess this office doesn’t need business or has to much that they don’t care about their patients.

I use to hate going to the Dentist, had to get over the nightmare of past bad experiences with Dentists, BUT now, I've found the BEST! Dr. Becker's and his staff are just wonderful. They are truly caring people who show it each and everytime I go to my appointments. I'm still a little nervy, now and then when I first get to the office, but I'm soon put at ease starting at the front office. They are genuine people and it shows. They make it a great experience and I appreciate that more than they know!
