Great! Customer service, I really like the welcoming attitude. The ladies are attentive to the needs of each customer, in the lobby, on each day I was serviced. I thank them for that! There’s always room to grow; they are closing in on “absolute!” I enjoy their service each time I was in their care.

This was my first visit and very impressed. I didn’t get pushed around and the staff definitely knew what they were doing.

My first visit to this small, clean facility with friendly and efficient staff was quiet favorable. I was at ease with the pain free & excellent care received & pleased with being kept informed of what was being done. I didn’t feel that I was an outside party to personal conversations of the staff during my care & any questions I had were responded to readily. I look forward to future visits also being favorable.

I had some bad work done by my old dentist, thankfully I found Dr Pham, her team has been so kind, understanding, and non judgemental as we’ve spent the last few years slowly fixing the damage. Even the practices she refers me to have been so accommodating and helpful. I can’t recommend this practice highly enough!!

Everyone is so kind, happy and professional. Jess, my hygienist, knows I don’t like sonic cleaning and takes extra care while saving by hand. Dr. Pham is wonderful and the front office is great! Highly recommend this practice.

Now I know why they are booked so far in advance! Everyone is absolutely wonderful! I avoid the dentist like the plague, but finally decided to make an appointment. I made an appointment a month out, but as promised, received and text and email when an appointment opened up and was able to get in sooner. Everyone is kind and friendly. I’m so glad I found them. I’ve already recommended them to all of my coworkers, as well.

They are my go to dentist in the Hamton Roads area. They efficient and trustworthy. They are always booked up. But in a pinch they might be able to fit a issue in once in a while. No bad experiences there. The omount of people who visit this place is a testiment to how well the staff treats the patience. Five thumbs up.

Dr. Pham is a remarkably caring and skilled dentist. She habitually keeps you informed of your overall oral healthcare and treatment. Her greatest characteristic is listening to your concerns and always ensuring you receive the best care. I highly recommend her and her office.

Tuesday was my first time at Peninsula Dental Care ,I gave them a four star but ,today I went back to get my Procedure done , and 5 stars ⭐️ Is nothing to compare them with everyone was Amazing.
I recommend them to anyone who need a dentist.
