Turned off by whoever that was who answered the phone. Her greeting sounded like she’d rather be doing absolutely anything, but answering the phone. Also, while I was speaking, she starts whispering to her coworker. Also was trying to be discouraging about even making an appointment. Just a mess.

So far, I am incredibly pleased with this office, super friendly and made me feel at ease when bringing my daughter in. We actually left another dental office because we were not satisfied with the bedside manner of the dentist and the majority of the staff had little personality. I even loved the front desk ladies here! Looking forward to future appointments with this office.

After reading the reviews on Dr. Pham, I decided to switch over to her and I am so happy that I did. I receive calls back in a timely manner, the staff are so pleasant to deal with and Dr. Pham is so caring and knowledgeable. I am so glad I switched and would recommend her to all my friends :) Thank you Dr. Pham and staff for taking care of me. You guys are FANTASTIC!!!!

Even though the building space is small I feel safe here. They limit the number of people, have an air cleaner in the front lobby and use very high standards of protection in treatment rooms. Staff is always pleasant and helpful as well as professional.

The staff there is incredibly friendly and welcoming!!
