I had been referred to Peninsula Dental Care a few years ago from a military dentist, and was really pleased with how things went. After retiring, I decided to make them our family dentist.
Yesterday's visit was no different. I was able to get in as a "new" patient very quickly too, which was nice.
I arrived a little early, and they were able to take me right away. My dental tech was very personable and professional. That's one thing I have enjoyed about Peninsula Dental Care - everyone makes you feel like you're old friends. Dr. Pham came in to review the x-rays and finish up the exam. She was also very personable and professional. Once she was finished we did the cleaning which was a breeze. I appreciated the extra care the technician took to remove some old orthodontic cement that had been overlooked all these years.
The environment here is pleasant which makes a visit to the dentist a little less stressful. And though this was only me second time being there, you can tell the employees enjoy working there because of their mood and how they interact with each other and their customers.

I always receive great service but I don't appreciate not being trusted to pay for the services rendered. In the past I was allowed to pay for the services rendered after my visit was complete but was told now they are enforcing the policy of payment first. This can become an inconvenience if the charges are not the same after the visit is complete. In that case I will need to present payment again or request a credit. I would give 5 stars but I don't like not being trusted to make a payment.

I am very nervous about going to the dentist period.. I was getting a root canal and was traumatized by other dentist and offices from my childhood. But, I am 37 and it has been quite some time because I was reluctant and scared to allow another person to work on my teeth. But Peninsula Dental eased all my fears and the procedure was painless and I truly can say that” I will be back for further dental treatment” and I really feel good about getting my teeth and gums into better health with this office.. Thank you is not enough words and 5 stars isn’t enough stars.

I have extreme dental anxiety. Dr Pham has the best patient contact with putting someone at ease. The whole staff is wonderful and understanding of my dental anxiety. The also take the time to listen and address any questions or concerns you may have. I highly recommend this office.

The entire staff at Peninsula Dental Care are amazing people! The minute you walk in the front door two people at the desk greet and meet you as if you’ve known them forever! Then the dental hygienist comes out to get me and she is kind and soft-spoken! The dentist then comes in who Is always so caring and asks all about my family! Other dental hygienist popped in and out of the room to gather things and everyone was so polite and so kind to one another! Peninsula Dental care is the place to go if you are looking for a dentist!

I have never had a more positive experience.
I’ve never been very good with the Novocain process.
Usually it hurts pretty bad no matter who administers it. When I tell you I felt nothing during all of it, I’m dead serious. Dr. Pham is gentle and emotionally empathetic. I won’t see anyone else now.
