Hands down Modern Dentistry is amazing! The staff was very kind, caring, and helpful. The prices are extremely fair. I was in and out in just a hour and a half for a tooth extraction. The Dentist was very helpful and caring. He made sure I was comfortable the entire time.

This place is HORRIBLE!!!’ I made an appointment and the person took the time to have me go through all my insurance information. I get to the appointment and they tell me no insurance information was put in! They can’t verify it because whoever took my information didn’t bother to put it in and it’s Saturday. They proceed to call everyone who came after me to the back. by the time I was called back I walk past the people called before me who no one was working on! I left this place Don’t waste your time!

Everything was working well. My two complaints are the area I was in was not very clean. I asked the dental assistant was it blood on the plastic instrument, she it was wear and tear. The accountant waited until the numbing process had started to tell me the cost of a deep cleaning. I came for a routine cleaning. She said my insurance copy would not cover their part if I just got a routine cleaning and came back for a deep cleaning. Last time I was there, I was told I had a cavity, but apparently it must have disappeared (?).

Wasn't good all I'm going to say,! 2 different dentists both times I went and I got 2 different answers. Super long wait times also. You make an appointment and boom 5 others right at the same time. 5 phone calls to tell me about the appointment along with txts I. Found that annoying. Just awful I'm not going back. Also after I had a tooth removed I hurt for damn near a week.

Don't walk, run away from this place. They are money hungry and scandalous. I went in for a cleaning and they recommended a night guard. The billing person immediately said that my insurance would not take care of it and changed me $450. I paid for it because I needed the guard. I called my insurance the next day and they said yes we would pay half after your deductible and that they had an agreement with Modern Dentistry that the charge for a night guard would be $270. Now Modern dentistry won't talk to me about a refund. They say they have to call me back and won't. Don't go to that place.

I had to reschedule my appointment 3 times and still was unable to get my teeth cleaned. They have you waiting for an 1hr when they are not even busy. They keep trying to see if you want to get work done and if you tell them no they just have you waiting worst dentist I’ve been to it looks nice when you walk in but when you get to the back it look dirty.

Update as of 4/2022, this has been resolved. I want to thank, The staff for finally hearing my side and understanding. The young lady sitting as y'all enter, I want thank her for being so nice to me. The 2 young's that was making the mold, thanks for being funny n friendly with me. We had fun. The office mrg was nothing but sincere. She was patient, polite n caring. I don't know if this the same staff I've been talking to for the last 2 mths, if it is I want to thank y'all for utmost turn around, if not thanks to the New Staff for a JOB WELL DONE....the location 7410 Hull Street Road, Suite 101 owes me $200 that they say, can't be given to me because it's been too long. Where on earth you keep a person money. It was money told I had to put down before they could start work on my mouth that was due to a workers comp injury. I don't care how long it's been, if I owed them they would want their money, so why can't they give me my money back???? It would be sitting in collections if I owed them.
This started back in 2015 and we are in 2021 and noone will refund my money. I don't have the mouth guard, worker's comp wasn't even called from my understanding to pay or anything. The mouth guard is sitting somewhere in there office has been for 5 1/2 yrs. Everytime I tried to get helped up until this year, I Was inconvenience by different people each time. The person that was trying help me was let go inn2015 and what happened to the other's is a mystery. GIVE ME MY $200 is all want.
I have a letter that say they will refund my money from 2015 but they want honor it. The manager i talked to this year was not so nice, pretty much told me it's too late get my money back. Everytime I ask for corporate office number that's a no no, when ask for someone about the mrg at front, she be in tomorrow, she's out to lunch or she's call you back now to this happens and I start the calling all over in two days.
haven't called in awhile, I will because I don't have money just to give away. Plus they have the guard.
Be mindful when y'all have worker's comp. Call them first ask them do you have to pay money down. Because bi found out afterwards I didn't have to, what was their reason behind asking me to pay. I have speculated this and I see a change to the flyer..what an effort to take the attention awaY....I JUST WANT MY $200. Update as of 4/2022 this has been resolved.

Avoid this dentistry at ALL COST! My husband got a bridge placed by them in 2019 it fell out 2 years later!!! They didn’t try to make it right , repair it in any way. I’ve had my bridge placed my Dr. Perkinson for over 15 years: still intact. If you want quality, excellent service, and integrity you will not find it at Modern Dentistry. Go see Dr. Baxter Perkinson.

Would give zero stars if I could. I have many years experience in the dental business in marketing, assisting, front desk and so on. I am new in the area and used a coupon to make an appointment for a cleaning. I asked the reception 3 times for a full address so I could find it....was laughed at for it. Asked to speak to the manager who said she would take care of it. Arrived a few hours after the initial call for my appointment. No hello. I was immediately asked for my drivers license oddly enough. When I politely questioned this, the dentist standing in the background laughed at this and made fun of it but then later used it to say I was being difficult. At this time an elderly man was called from the reception area to be taken to the back. The employee taking him back asked him how he was and the man replied 'If I were doing well, I wouldn't be here' (not in a rude way but in a way that said he was in pain). The manager and front desk person both laughed at him behind his back as I stood at the front desk. I was taken to an office and informed by a dental assistant there was no one there to clean my teeth. I asked why I was scheduled, only hours before when I made the appt., at a time they knew no one would be there. At this point she left and the practice manager came into the office. She was hostile and the first thing she said was that many of her staff had made complaints to her about me. I replied that was a very interesting way to treat a new patient. I told her that this was the most incompetent dental practice I had been at so far. She opened the door and ordered me to 'GET OUT'. I wrote a complaint to the Better Business B. I told the truth. Their reply was to twist everything and scapegoat me for their bad behavior which they never acknowledged. I saw 2 formal complaints on them with the BBB over bills and such. Don't go here. Period. I went on to find a lovely new dentist where I am treated with respect and the practice is competent and normal.

I first visited the office in August, 2017, due to an emergency. Everybody was great and my anxiety and pain was put at ease. My procedure went well and Dr. Nasif did a fantastic job. Since then I've continued to go there for dental care. Dr. Alrahbi is my dentist now and I am very satisfied to say the least. He also does a great job of answering my questions and guiding me through the procedure. Michael, Debra, Jessica, just to name a few, have been so kind, caring, and helpful. Never in my life did I look forward to going to the dentist. Now I actually do.
