HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED IN THERE SCHEDULING SYSTEM AND LACK OF COMMUNICATION. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL FOR A SIMPLE ROUTINE CHECK UP THEY CANT SEEM TO ATTEND IN A TIMELY MANNER OR SCHEDULE ACCURATELY.

Very dissatisfied. A cleaning that was performed, so they say, in August 2017 was just billed/paid in September 2018.
