We’ve seen Lisa for years and love her! When I tell my youngest child it’s time for the dentist, she cheers and is excited. She associates the dentist with happy feelings! That can be a challenge with kids (and adults!), but Lisa takes the time to educate children in ways they can understand. She had my littlest be an “assistant” when her older siblings had cleanings, which made her feel special and allowed her to watch closely what happens at the dentist. Everyone at the office is helpful and kind as well!

I’m grateful to have gotten in the first day I called at Family Tree. The hygienist was so kind and explained what was going on with my teeth and gums very well. The doc was also straightforward and kind. While this has been the worst news I’ve received at a dentist office, I was handled with such care that it softened the blow. I can tell their staff truly cares for their clients well being. A good and thorough job!

Haven't been to a dentist since I was a teenager from fear and just plain didn't have dental insurance until this year. To say I was a 12 year old child again terrified to go to the dentist is a understatement. I had a bad wisdom tooth and they got me in in under 24 hours and pulled it at that appointment. Wonderful staff that doesn't mind you chit chatting to ease your anxiety and super polite. If this old boy can get over the fear of a dentist from this place and staff anyone can. Dr. Hickman, Kaleigh and Tina were excellent at their jobs and keeping me calm through what I viewed as a traumatic experience until I was actually doing it, having a wisdom tooth pulled in under 2 minutes pain free is amazing to me. Appreciate how they also break down your charges before they even start. Would definitely recommend to anyone who has dental anxiety or anxiety in general.

Alea the dental assistant was so kind, and professional. She took extra care with my sensitive teeth and informed me thoroughly of what to expect and how to proceed.
When the secretaries we're busy she even printed off my receipt for me!
Dr. Luke was very friendly and helped break down what my teeth health was in a very understandable way.

Absolutely amazing facility! I was in so much pain and they got me in in less than 2 hours. Went ahead and did a root canal right then and there. No having to wait for an appointment. The staff was so friendly and definitely helped calm my nerves. I am very happy with my decision to go there today.

A lot of names on the door, clean waiting room, collected me and took me to office & chair, got me settled, asked me a couple health questions, took my blood pressure, they took my X-ray and the dentist, Mr. Luke Bauserman came in asked me a health question, and looked at the X-ray and said it should be pulled and I said okay, he proceeded to numb the area, gave it time to numb and then pulled the tooth. They gave me directions on how to take care of the wound and made sure I was okay to get up and leave. I have a follow up appointment the end of the month and a complete check up and X-rays. Was very pleased with the ladies and my dentist! Thank You for all your wonderful and gentle care of me!!

Scheduled in within a day. 5 min wait in waiting room. Started prep right away. As soon as preliminary check was done, dentist came in. Several tests to be sure correct tooth in question and out it came. Very happy with both dentist and staff. Came in with a problem and left without it. All better.

Dr. Luke is the BEST! He and his team took the time to make me feel comfortable and explain everything. Also, they got me in spur of the moment because I broke my tooth. Having a dentist that can fit you right in is a lifesaver!
