Friendly and caring staff. I switched to Family Tree a few years ago on the advice of a family member and my only regret is that I hadn’t switched years ago! I don’t know everyone, but Tina at the front is super sweet and the X-ray people have always been kind. They take time to answer questions without seeming to mind my lack of dental education. The hygienist Beth is so knowledgeable! Updates on my oral health are consistent and she takes the time to teach me how to improve my health. I don’t remember which dentist is which, but I’ve seen possibly two of them and Dr. Ty has a great sense of humor under all the dentist knowledge. 🥰

Yesterday I had a cleaning appointment. Lisa conducted my cleaning as she has been doing for many years. Lisa has been my hygienist way back when Dr. Mason was my dentist. Lisa has always been so friendly and caring and is so professional with her expertise. I have always enjoyed the time we have had over the years, as well as the excellent attention to my teeth. Also yesterday Danielle assisted with my cleaning. This was my first experience with Danielle and our interaction was nothing but positive. Danielle showed respect and friendliness toward me and was very confidant in her ability to help with my cleaning. I have never had a bad experience with anyone at this office, this also includes the front line personnel and also feel confidant with Dr. Luke and Tye. Thank you again for the outstanding care.
