Dr. Allen and staff at the Parkersburg office are the greatest! I had a bad experience at a different dentist office many years ago so I get very anxious anytime I have to go to the dentist. I had to have 2 wisdom teeth extracted and Dr Allen immediately put me at ease. He was very patient with me and had a calming demeanor. He explained everything he was going to do before he did it and the extractions were over before I knew it. Dr. Allen made the visit a better experience than what I expected.

Hygienist, Lisa Miller took excellent care of my deep cleaning. She thoroughly explained of all of her procedures and practices. She took the time to go over my x-rays with me and point out all points of concern before administering advice on the personal care of my dental well-being moving forward. I look forward to establishing a long lasting relationship and keeping up with my dental hygiene here at Family tree. Make sure you ask for Lisa M. when you visit.
