Had a crown in front. I had to return several times as color was wrong once and next it was the wrong material. The lab made it wrong; not the office. They have been very nice & wanted it right! Mostly they wanted me to be pleased, which I appreciate so much.

What a wondeful place! From the time I entered the building until the time I left every employee was fantastic! I needed to been seen asap, thst was not an issue. Dr. Allen was so kind, caring, and advised me of step to step of the procedure. Blessed to have found such a great place... Thank you DR. Allen and your staff!!!

Just good luck getting them to answer phone. That resolved got my son in for an appointment not sure if expensive or not lol been long time since seen one myself. But seemed very nice. Ok it's expensive in my book but don't go by my wallet. Lol enjoy your day

I called to explain the situation of my husbands toothache, they scheduled him an emergency appointment.. although they said the patient would have to follow guidelines for Covid 19, and would have to come straight to the counter and would be asked a series of questions, we were unaware they would send him away upon arrival when he told them he had been to the beach last week. No antibiotics, no further guidance, only told him they can’t see him because “Covid 19 is scary stuff” and WV requires quarantine for 14 days after beach visits.... so I guess they expect you to die from infection because that’s way less dangerous than Covid 19? The hospital couldn’t help, they don’t have on call dentist. We thankfully got antibiotics from a doctor to hold him over until the “quarantine” period is over. Maybe we need to re-evaluate who is “essential” and “heroes” in our lives and in America.
