Family Tree Dental - Rosemar Rd

Review may be with tinted lenses as I was in a lot of pain when I arrived, but the courteous and understanding staff was able to get me in a day early when my infected tooth began swelling my face and gave me intense pain. I arrived 30 mins early, a time I thought fair given my status as a new patient. I was quickly seen and an x-ray was taken. The doctor let me decide between extraction and root canal, I went with the “east fix” and told them to remove it. The doctor was very professional, and quick to see my issue taken care of. Now, it’s 6 hours later, and my mouth doesn’t feel like I should be Rocky Balboa’s next victim. I appreciate the work these folks did, and would gladly return.

I’ll be completely honest…I had a lot of anxiety about taking my 3 year old son to the dentist for the first time. Family Tree Dental was absolutely amazing!! Beth was so sweet and let my son play with the tools before she used them and gave them cute names. It was an amazing experience for my son. They are great with kids. I’m so glad I took my son there for his first dental experience and cleaning. If you have anxiety about taking your child to the dentist. Take them to Family Tree Dental. All the staff was super friendly and just made for a great experience!

Visiting for the first time I was very pleased with your services. Even finding out I messed up on my appt time they were still able to squeeze me in. Thank you!

Doctor Luz or Luke, I dont know exactly his name was Awesome! However, the reception white blouse female around 50s of age with her hair all dress up ARE horrible!
Since my tooth #30 got filled from here 3 months ago and suddently cracked on Sunday 10/10/2022. I went back in next day and ask for help, the doctor took a look very quick and started the fill, he didnt do any exam since he can carry it on from the last 3 months exam and X-ray. He told the assistant NO CHARGE for my cracked tooth touch up and he didnt need to do X-ray or examination on me. After i was finished, the assisant took me to the front desk and told that white blouse female NO CHARGE. She still charge me $14.60. Then i asked her about FTD plan, she turned her back on me and asked another young lady to explain for me, told the young lady "I dont understand what he is saying" I caught that but I let go.

Then on 10/14/2022 I went back to speak to her why I have recieved a mail stated I owe them $47.80 from the last time visit since they printed me the first original one No Charge( but still charge $14.60). The same white blouse female told me "It's the charge from the exam". And this is how ridiculous she explain : "sir, when we walk you sit on the exam chair, and the doctor look at it, it called $74.80 exam price, because you have FTD, and because you paid $14.60, now you owe $47.80". Do the math guys and it doesnt make any sense. I told her there is No exam that day, and the doctor said "No charge".

Bottom line, guys, I dont mind to pay that $47.80, but it has to be reasonable. On that day I visited, she didnt explain or told me anything about examination charge, she didn't explain why she charge $14.60, but I consider its an upfront charged, I paid and she printed the reciept for me. What made me so upset is getting charged, had receipt and still get a mail of saying I owe them days later, and her customer service was and are HORRIBLE. What is wrong with that picture?
That spark me a thought of since i asked her about FTD plan and this is how she inputed the number herself after that and tried to get back on me. If that so, cheap personality! She said she will reach out to the doctor, but who knows if she does, and she was the one decide to input the numbers, did she asked the doctor? if that so, then why does she need to reach out the doctor again in order to correct it to me?
I recorded her voice and my talk to her today while im in the office, 7:15AM, I called back and ask for her name and the young receptionist put me on hold and never reply. They took the mail which charged me, but i have took a picture of it. You guy can look and compare, the one without highlighted is the original copy they gave to me on the 10/10/2022. I will not pay for this illegal way of charged with reciept printed and sent another bill to charge the patient again. Once it was done paying on that day, it is done. It is illegal and unprofessional how she handle my issue for the whole time.
I hope you all dont have the same bad experience like me next time, and becareful of small minded people.
What is right is right! To who owned this Family Tree Dental office, I dont use to post review, I rather come back in action if your place is a good place to me, yet this is disturbed. If you wanna run your business right, and get all good reviews as much possible, look back into your staff's work attitude.

Everyone was very kind, friendly, efficient, and concerned for my comfort. They managed to fit in some treatment for which I would have needed to return. So pleased with today's visit!

Over the years, I have neglected my dental health, for lack dental insurance, well, it has finally came back to bite me, big time. When I sat back in the dentist chair, I told the nurse, my teeth will probably be the worst you have ever seen, she quickly dismissed this statement, that made me feel not so ashamed of my neglect, they really understand and show it in a kind manner. I finally found a place where I feel comfortable, Dr Hickman is as nice as they come.

First visit to Family Tree Dental and I'm impressed! I was surprised at the cost (self-pay)! Nice, professional, efficient staff makes for a pleasant dentist visit.

Very friendly but most important my jaw bones were discussed and other important issues about dentures and not just hey i' ll take your money whether I can do the job or not

The dentist is great but the receptionist staff are awful. You can hear them talk negatively about every patient once they walk out from the waiting room .
