Dr Zietz is the best dentist I’ve ever had. I have been going to him for 26 years. He and Brandi were the best parts of this dental practice and they are both gone now. The company that owns this practice only cares about money and how much they can make, they don’t care about the patients. I’ve recommended numerous people to Dr Zietz including all of my family members. I would not recommend this practice however now that he no longer works there.

I’ve going here since I had teeth. I really liked my hygienists or maybe they are some other title I’m not sure. I think one of them was called Reyka? Even though there have been a lot of changes, they still do great here, and I will continue going.

Dr Zietz is the most caring and best dentist I’ve ever had. He is always available whenever I have an emergency. ( And I’ve had a lot of root canal emergencies.) I’ve never felt so cared for by a dentist and his staff before.

I have been going to Doctor Zietz for over a decade. I have had multiple crowns, fillings, and most recently a root canal. Having moved multiple times to different cities finding a qualified, competent, patient centered provider has been difficult - until I found Doctor Zietz. He is very thorough, he is flexible with my schedule, he will follow up to see how I'm doing. I have a significant fear of dentists - but he makes sure I'm comfortable and explains what he is going to do. I have recommended him to my 22 year old son - who had his wisdom teeth extracted and speaks highly of his experience. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a great dentist.

Fair warning. All of the good reviews are for Dr Zeitz. My experience with this new outfit. Canceled first appointment with them before I could even show up. They were also rude to my husband (somehow that review won’t show up) the first time they met with him. Place is pretty gloomy and nothing like it was before.

He and Brandi the hygienist have always been accessible, knowledgeable, interested and supportive. They consistently have been personable yet professional in a most pleasant way. It has been a pleasure and relief to know that they are my Dentist and Hygienist for both routine and emergency care.

You know I've read a lot of the reviews and I was very surprised by a lot of them, I took my Father a 92 year old with failing memory and sat with him through his intire appointment with the Ladies at this clinic he also was a patient of Dr.Zs and very fond of caring nature, the appt. Was long and tedious, because of my father's forgetfulness. They were very patient and caring and I was so very grateful that this was the clinic we chose the service was excellent. Thank you Ladies.

The first time I experienced WUFD, it felt cold and impersonal, nothing like the child friendly office environment that Dr. Zietz had crafted over 30 years. Our family stayed with Dr. Zietz because of his passion for the business. He did not try to sell unnecessary services and went out of his way to taylor the ambiance to the patient. No muzak. And very gentle sedation.
It appears Dr. Zietz was unfairly squeezed out of his domain because he wouldn't put profits over people. I would not recommend WUFD if you are looking for a long term family dentist.

As always, check in was a breeze! The staff are always on time, on point and make you feel like you're part of their family. Dr. Z still holds the title of Best Dentist Ever, super personable and even takes the time to call patients himself to check in. This day in age, that is RARE! He never runs out of funny anecdotes to share and takes excellent care with everything he does.
