Very pleasant and professional office atmosphere. Very professional and kind staff. I always enjoy my visits and they always do a great job! This office has replaced crowns, done fillings, and Dr. Zietz has even fixed one of my teeth on a Saturday in his office by himself. He is the consummate professional and wants his customers to be happy! Highly recommended by my whole family that visits him every year.

Dr. Zietz is a wonderful, kind, caring, and compassionate dentist. He goes above and beyond in helping others with their dental care needs. I was blessed to have found him on a Sat in 2015. I was in pain with an abscessed tooth. My dentist did not provide emergency care, much less answer the phone when I called the office. I called Dr. Zietz who actually answered his phone rather than an answering service. I live out of town, so we scheduled an appointment for later that afternoon. He drained the abscess and did a partial root canal. I left his office that day pain free in knowing that I had not only found my forever dentist, but a very special person who truly cares about helping others. Dr. Zietz has continued to help me with my long neglected dental care with his expertise and ingenuity in filling many cavities and repairing broken teeth. The staff are awesome as well. THANK YOU Dr. Zietz and Staff... I GREATLY APPRECIATE ALL YOU HAVE DONE TO HELP ME WITH MY DENTAL CARE NEEDS!!!!!!!!!!

My family and I have been seeing Fred Zeitz for over 20 years! He is personable as well as very qualified. We have had a variety of services done with him and all have been successful and long lasting. I would highly recommend Fred Zietz as a family dentist!

Everyone is super nice. Dr. Zietz is hilarious. Root canal procedure number one went fast and painless. 10/10 am coming back.

Updated review 10/12/20 - 2 Stars - First of all I have to say that if it weren't for Dr Zietz and Brandy, I would no longer be coming to this office. I have had several issues since summer, and none of these issues have to do with either of them. The whole feel of the office has changed since moving locations, new people, no more fun decorations, it feels steirle and not as fun, relaxing, comforting as the old location. Also I come to this office to SEE Dr Zietz, and it has been several times when I've been assigned a different dentist, and I do not appreciate this. I have anxiety and don't like dental procedures and I have been seeing Dr Zietz for over 16 years, and am comfortable with him working on me, and the great conversation, jokes, and how it feels like family! I always like the annual Christmas letter updates on Dr Zietz and staff, but slowly it feels like the dynamic is changing, more of a corporate feel and not a personal experience. I came to Dr Zietz as an emergency patient who I looked up in the phone book and he was able to get me in the same day! 16 years and I've always gotten exceptional caring service, and I hope that can continue!

Dr. Zietz is a fantastic dentist, and his staff is friendly, accommodating, and very professional. I had to have major dental work done in the form of four crowns on my front teeth, and Dr. Zietz made the entire process as painless and easy as possible, and the end result looks FANTASTIC! He and his staff were willing to fit me in on visits from out of town, listened whenever I had questions or concerns, and made sure that my teeth were exactly how I wanted them to be before cementing them in place. I SO appreciate having this work done at Zietz Family Dentistry, and I would highly recommend it to all of my friends and family. My husband and friends say that my smile has never looked better!
