The staff at Valley Dental are always friendly, kind, professional, and knowledgeable. Not only do I have a great experience, but my 3 year old son does too, setting him up for a lifetime of positive dental care (Sam even gave him a mask and gloves so he could be a hygienist for Halloween!). My 2 year old was disappointed when it wasn’t his turn! We love Valley Dental!

I've never had a dentist appointment that didn't feel like I was being tortured. Going to Valley Dental was not only pain-free, but an incredibly pleasant experience all-around. The environment is welcoming, the staff is warm and friendly, the TVs over the chairs help time to pass quickly during the exam which was thorough yet painless. Further, I was informed of everything happening to me the whole time; there was no mystery poking and prodding. My appointment was yesterday and I've already recommended Valley Dental to three people and I am going to continue doing so. I can't believe how wonderful going to the dentist is now! Thank you!

My family and I recently moved to Lacrosse and we were looking for a new dentist. A colleague encouraged us to visit Valley Dental and I just finished my second visit with them and was more impressed this time than I was last time! It is a pleasurable experience and the staff and doctors are welcoming and efficient. Today I was in and out within 40 minutes and appreciate them being cognizant of my time and yet taking great care of me. Keep up the great work and I won't hesitate to recommend you!

I have been going here now for over 3 years- Kim is an AMAZING lady. I wouldn't want to have anyone else! Highly recommend she deserves a lunch or coffee :) I also overheard another lady say how she usually dreads coming to the dentist- but came to Valley Dental- and had Kim as her hygienist and has a totally different feel about the dentist :)

I am a new patient with Valley Dental and was very happy with my first visit. I was given a tour of the office and a explanation of the various areas of use, and was given a nice welcoming gift. Dr. Gavin sat down with me to introduce himself and to get to me as a person. Erin took good care of me during the cleaning. It's a modern office with the latest technology and comfort items for patients.
