After making two appointments weeks in advance, filling out several pages of new patient paperwork, receiving multiple text messages reminding us to be on time, we arrived early, sat in the lobby for an extended period past our scheduled appointment while a number of people came in and were promptly issued into the back, and finally one of us, whose appointment was scheduled second, was summoned. We asked about the first appointment, and one of the several receptionists, who had been casually chatting away the whole time we waited, shrugged and told us “Oh, I guess they’re running late.”
They do not have any special offers for new patients and don’t seem especially interested in your convenience (like it would have been really, really difficult for one of the receptionists to lean forward and let us know things were running late). So if promptness and courtesy are not especially important to you, this might be a good choice. (We left, of course, and won’t be back, but, hey... at least we gave them some time to catch up.)

I have porcelain veneers on my two front teeth because of a sports injury. Valley Dental did my second set in 2016. The color matched my natural teeth well, but the veneers made my two front teeth noticeable longer than the rest of my top teeth. My bite was also changed. I decided that after several visits, taking time off work and nearly $4,000 later (veneers are “cosmetic” so my insurance wouldn’t cover any of it), I could learn live with the veneers. Now, only 4 years later, one of my veneers has fallen off once (another dentist cemented back on) and now has broken in half. $4,000 for two veneers that lasted 1/3 of the time they should (veneers should last 10-15 years).

I was seen for the first time yesterday and I can already tell I will like it there. People usually know by the check-in counter if they will like a company or not. From check-in to check-out, everything was amazing! I didn't feel rushed, just another patient or brushed off. I would definitely recommend switching to Valley Dental!

I greatly appreciate Dr. Gavin taking time to listen to me so he could understand what really mattered. He was then able to come up with a solution to help me enjoy my smile better -- ALL AT A 40% SAVINGS OVER A QUOTED PROCESS FROM ANOTHER DENTAL OFFICE!!!! That's almost a 50% difference to get the same result (IF NOT BETTER) in a shorter amount of time (8 months compared to 2 years)!!! I recommend anyone and everyone in the area to check out VALLEY DENTAL for your dental needs and concerns!

My family has had nothing but good experiences there. Our other facility was farther away and we needed a change, plus the payment agreement was the deal breaker especially since we don't have dental insurance. Everyone there was so personal and inviting. I just wish we would've made the switch earlier!!

Erin was very kind & offered me a menu of comfort items before we began. I chose the parafin dip for my hands. My hands felt soo good after my cleaning. It was a pleasant experience. I was called on time if not a little earlier & the cleaning didn’t take that long which was even better. Thanks for a great experience

I came here because a different dental office wasn't professional to me at all. Valley Dental is very professional and they treat you like a human with care. They will sit down with you and discuss all possible options that is best for you. Very friendly staff and I recommend this place to everyone!!
