We have had nothing but good experiences here. I started taking my kids to Valley Dental (ages 10, 8 & 2) a few years ago. They love going to the dentist - what more could you ask for? It had been several years since I'd been to the dentist myself, and I feared a lecture. The staff was nothing but kind and positive, and now I'm back on a regular dental visit routine. As a patient and as a mom of patients, I always feel at ease. I would highly recommend giving their office a chance!

I am not in love with going to the dentist, in fact, it is one of my least favorite activities! However, everyone at Valley Dental put me at ease right away with how friendly and caring they are from the second you walk in the door! I've actually never been to a more welcoming and friendly dental office! Dr. Gavin and the staff took the time to talk to me and get to know me and I was really put at ease in the office. And if the friendly and caring staff isn't enough, the office also is equipped with every possible amenity to make your visit more comfortable- wifi, tv's in the ceiling, coffee, a great kids room, and headphones. Everyone in my family got a personal card and welcome gift and we also received a follow-up thank you note. This kind of customer service and relationship is so rare! I highly recommend setting up an appointment at Valley Dental! You deserve it!

I just established care at valley dental and was so impressed. I come from a small town and the technology and through care I recieved at valley dental was amazing. They are all so friendly and were wonderful with helping me with my fear of needles! It is a great dental practice for all ages. They really make you feel cared for.

ok first off I have hated every dentist I have been to in the past 20 years. They were mean or just didn't listen and care about my fears but Valley Dental was sooo much better. yes i was scared on my first visit but Dr. Pendleton and Dawn were very nice and took the time to answer all my questions, without making me feel dumb for asking them. They made me feel at ease, they genuinely seemed to care. They made me change my mind about dentists being evil. If u dislike the dentist for whatever reason i bet the staff at Valley Dental could change your mind too.

I'm not 100% sure why my experiences with Valley Dental are so good, but I think it is because of the great Customer Service and all of the smiles on the faces that I cross while I'm there. When I mention I have a dental appointment most people say "eew" and act like they feel sorry for me, but no need, i know that I'm in good hands when I visit Valley Dental and that's why they've been my dentist for over 20 years!
