I am so happy with my service at Alcan! It definitely starts with the ladies up front, Kristy and Angelica are always sweet and so welcoming! I went in on a Saturday for a dental emergency. The wait time for a walk in wasn't too long and the staff was great. They were very tentative while I was waiting and Felix specifically was great. He was extremely polite and informative. Dr. Sean was great. My visit was short and sweet. The room was kind of small I was afraid to move too much but the staff was great and I felt right at home. If they were in my preferred provider network I would definitely switch to them.
