Pretty darn remarkable. I had a root canal TODAY. It was my first visit, so I was super nervous and I read the other reviews as well. My experience was great! The dental assistant was very friendly, professional and knowledgable, the dentist was very confident and made me feel I was in the best hands. The check out team were all very pleasant. Friendliness and Cleanliness is important to me as well. I highly recommend this office. ~LJ

This place is freaking AMAIZING.
The front of the house is so much fun and great personalities. I have been thru many dental places and they are not as great as Alcan. Me comin to Dr. Coplin is the best decisions that's taken over this practice!!😘

Their unorganized and try to take care of too many patients at the same time . There are three assistants that are amazing and do better work than the dentist himself . They want you on time but take their sweet time taking care of your needs . The dentist thinks is bedside manners are supposed to be charming and come off creepy. He barely does any work his assistants do everything the only reason he is there is because he has the license.

Alcan dental group is great! They got me in same day for an extraction. All of th staff was super helpful and kind. My assistant Sharon and Angelica at the front were great.

I really like the staff here and they are typically very helpful. They are very convenient and work well with my insurance needs. The hygienists are friendly and knowledgeable. However, there have been a few big errors that have been made me wary of coming here. My first time I got taken back to a chair and then left alone for over half an hour before anyone came in the room again. The second time I went with a family member who requested no Novocain for herself. They just assumed I was the same and did my filling with no Novocain. It didn’t hurt too bad but I really wish they had asked me what my preference was.

I had a full on tooth infection that needed a root canal and antibiotics. I called and they had me in within 1 hour. They were fast, friendly and accommodated my needs. I do not have insurance and they were the only place in town willing to do a payment plan. Dr Scott laudon is absolutely amazing. Liz my dental assistant was my rock and the only reason I got through this awful ordeal. This dental practice is by far the best I have ever been to. I am myself an LPN so I have pretty high standards. Would highly recommend this place to all ages and degrees of dental issues.
