Got scammed! Cherry picked insurance. Unnecessary root canal & emptied my account.
Leaving me with two half done teeth and two cavities. Told; "pay out of pocket" to complete. Lacked the integrity to tell me that, before they proceeded. Cavities & crowns should've been done first. Absolutely, Did not PUT THE CUSTOMER FIRST.

All my life I have been super scared of the dentist and would jump out of the exam chair and leave but the doctor B was understanding and very helpful. Also the assistant didn't get scared when I jumped out of my chair and also calmed me down.
I'm definitely going to come back soon.

I highly recommend Alcan Dental Group! Everyone is very friendly and professional. I had a filling done a few weeks ago and had complications and sensitivity. There was no charge for my follow up appointments, treatment, and x-rays. It is very clear that Dr. Laudon takes great pride in his work and will make sure things are done right. If you are new to Anchorage and looking for a dentist you can trust this is the place for you!

I am NOT EASY. Dr. Mark Birmingham was OUTSTANDING. His assistant Mary Baldwin was the icing on the cake. Even after our consultation I had an unusual calm about my appointment. Then they delivered! soooooo happy. Dental work should NOT be traumatizing. Please don't change. We need you guys. :)

Alcan dental was amazing with my 3 children. We went to another dentist and had a very bad experience. I called them for a second opinion and Angelica got us an apt for the same day with Dr. Scott Laudon. He was great with the kids and did the root cannal to save my daughters tooth.

I have been a loyal patient of Dr. Laudon for many years. He is the kindest Dentist in Anchorage and very understanding and goes above and beyond for every patient.
His offices are immaculantly clean and sterile at all times.
The office staff is very courteous and professional and explain everything in detail with billing. Rest assured when you walk through that door Alcan Dental will treat you like family and they will do everything in there power to meet your expectations.
