This is a beautiful office. All of the staff is very welcoming. Mondi did a great job cleaning my teeth. Dr. Nate explains things very well. He was able to answer all my questions. I look forward to coming back.

I’m definitely not a fan of going to the Dentist, and I’ve had bad experiences over the years. This was my first time going to Arrowhead Ranch Dentistry and I can honestly say it was one of the best visits I have ever experienced going to a Dentist. (Even though I do have some cavities I will have to address). I would definitely recommend them. They were kind, listened, and were informative.

The office staff and dentists are wonderful. They texted me weekly with cancelations they had to see if I could get in earlier! I’ve also been seeing Jesse for years and he’s very nice; I definitely don’t take perfect care of my teeth but he never makes me feel bad about needing to floss more😂

The dentist themselves are wonderful people and do a great job. However the staff is horrible! On 2 different occasions I have had a credit balance on my account that took forever to get back, literally months. I even took the necessary steps to contact my insurance company to support my claim of the credit balance. Their bookkeeping is the worst. Never get a call back you must keep calling to get anything done. Once they see the credit then they take not a few days to resolve but WEEKS, and you won't hear anything unless you call and follow up. They say they will callback by that is farthest from the truth. You would think they would want to keep their books clean and updated for audit purposes, but that is not the case. Beware office may look good upfront but the back end stinks! Written by Carol Davy.

Took my son here the other day for the first time and it was a great experience, just as we had expected from the positive things we have heard about this office. I appreciated that there was no pressure to immediately commit to the rest of the things he needs done with his teeth. The whole family will be making this our regular dentist’s office from now on.

Had a root canal 10 months ago and the crown came off, when I called to get it replaced I was told they wouldn’t cover it and that I would have to use insurance. I’m going to another dentist instead to get the work done because they will cover it for two years.
Update, I received a follow up call and a prompt appointment was set. The repair was fixed and my cap feels great, they stood behind their work and did a great job.
