Arrowhead Ranch Dentistry

Have been going here since we moved to the area seven years ago. Dr Chase has always been the consummate professional (actually has saved me a lot of money, considering my last dentist found a lot of "problems" that didn't actually exist), and his hygienists are all fantastic - just saw Stephanie today and she is friendly, gentle and always a pleasure to see!

I went in today for my semi-annual teeth cleaning with Suzi. As usual, she was friendly, attentive, efficient and professional. She did the cancer screening by feeling the glands in my throat,then checking my mouth and throat. She compared my teeth to the previous x-rays. Then she scraped, cleaned and polished my teeth. I am a satisfied camper.

I broke a vaneer of my front tooth leaving an unsightly gap on a Friday night. Called as a 1st time patient on Saturday and they squeezed me in on Monday. Fitted me with a temporary in less than a 1/2 hour and booked an appointment for a permanent veneer the following Monday. Absolutely top notch staff from front to back. Having moved here recently, I have found my dentist!

I’ve been here around 10 times now and I spent $5k out of pocket to have Invisalign through them. On multiple occasions I’ve waited 30+ minutes in the lobby past my appointment time. One of these times exceeded an hour. I’ve received phone call reminders from scheduling personnel that contradicted one another. The clinical manager who schedules for the doctors was rude and my first time talking to her about the contradicted times she said “I was there when it was scheduled, I don’t know how you got confused.” Unbeknownst to me, my doctor left the practice halfway through my Invisalign treatment, and I only just found out.

I’m a medical student, and if I behaved the way some of the staff behaves at this dentistry office, I would be dismissed pending internal review. These are licensed dental professionals who have lower standards than students. If you enjoy being belittled by the administration because of errors on their end then this place should be perfect. As I write this I don’t doubt why my preferred doctor left. As a medical student and previously licensed medical professional: please do not start treatment here. There is an obvious lack of care and you will notice it in how they treat you as a person.

Update: Dr Chase quit providing care with no explanation as to why. Rather than take the opportunity to learn and determine what the problems were (I was open to editing and changing my review if they addressed it), they refunded me and sent me on my way with permanent hardware still in my mouth. Clearly the doctor never cared about providing treatment. I implore you, STAY AWAY. The doctor threw a temper tantrum and told me I was being cut off, while suggesting I wouldn’t be successful in private practice as a future doctor myself. He then scuttled out of the office and ran to the back. This is a mode of healthcare that only works when prospective patients can’t see how other patients are treated and it is hopelessly doomed.

Update 2: I’ve spoken to multiple law firms about this. It would seem Dr. Chase has a bit of a history of poor business practice. While my case is too small to take to court, it does constitute dental malpractice as patient abandonment. If you could choose a dentist who does or doesn’t commit malpractice, what would you choose? Because this one clearly doesn’t care if what he’s doing is malpractice or not.

Update 3: I took the money refunded to me, went 5 minutes down the street to an orthodontist, and got a new care plan. I had been told I was given Invisalign by Arrowhead Ranch, but the orthodontist told me they were not Invisalign at all, and were instead some off-brand he'd never heard of. The orthodontist removed Dr. Chases leftover hardware with no extra cost, and set me up with real Invisalign and a 5 year guarantee for the same price. My treatment course is almost over, and I can say with absolute certainty, Arrowhead Ranch Dentistry is THE worst dental care facility I have ever been to.

I have spent the last 2 years trying different dental offices after my dentist of 15 years sold his practice to a new dentist. The new dentist was not friendly, she was rough and always charging for unnecessary procedures.
When I discovered Arrowhead Ranch Dentistry I was skeptical and reluctant becaue of what I’ve been through with other practices. As soon as I walked into the waiting room I was at ease. It is set up like a comfortable home style waiting room with coffee, tea and snacks available. My 13 & 16 year olds were impressed with the waiting room too. It was welcoming and calming!
The staff there are very nice, polite and knowledgeable. I LOVED my hygienist becaue she took time to get to know me, educate me and listen to my concerns. When Dr Chase came in he was down to earth and a super nice guy!
All the treatment rooms are super clean, not old looking and comfortable like a sitting room. The style and decor is just really comforting!
I’m so glad I found this office! We’ll be patients for life!

First visit...got a regular teeth cleaning. Office staff was nice. My wife and I were offered an optional fluoride treatment while sitting in the chair wrapping up our cleaning. We said yes because the hygienist told us it was covered by our insurance. I now have a bill in the mail for the fluoride treatments. I have more to say however I will keep it simple...I will not be going back.

The office is beautiful, the staff are very professional and helpful. Dr Chase is personable and caring. All my dentist needs are taken care of each visit. I highly recommend this office.

This place is absolutely amazing! Not only is the service really good, but I’ve never felt like they’re trying to sell me something to further put money out of my pocket. They want to make sure my teeth are healthy and to provide good care and service and that’s what I feel like I’m getting. Plus it looks like a cottage from the outside which is even more enticing. Definitely recommend this place.

My visit with dr.Chase was great! He is very knowledgeable and also very attentive to my needs. He explained everything to me about bone grafting and implants thoroughly to me. I am so looking forward to getting started on my implants!!! As for the office and staff they are wonderful!
