Dr. Steele is a businessman first and a dentist second. His staff is polite, fast, and empathetic. His office tecnnology is some of the best but you will pay for it. I have been with his practice since he opened. My last visit i refused xrays and asked if they could show me how my xrays have changed, in any way, his treatment for me. Instead what i got was a 3 minute lecture about how it impacts him. Not once did he ever ask why I refused or even try to have an honest conversation about what was going on. He simple stated you refuse then I won't be your dentist. I'm BIG on customer service and refused to be strong armed into any situation I don't feel comfortable with. I was treated extremely poorly the first time I questioned him. If you want a dentist that doesn't care about you please go to his office as his staff is pleasant but if you want someone that will treat you with dignity and will work with you, then find another dentist.

I had an infected wisdom tooth and let me tell you....OUCH!! if you are procrastinating getting your wisdom teeth out...dont! especially when the dentists at arrowhead are only a phone call away. The dental hygienist moved around there schedule to get me in for my wisdom teeth extraction ASAP. Due to finances I actually did the entire procedure without going under full anesthesia! The dentist was amazing, despite me being a little loopy on happy gas he explained everything while he was doing it! My speedy recovery speaks for what a great job he did...i literally only had to take one ibuprofen for the pain the following day!

Everything started out seemingly great when I first started seeing Dr. Chase. We put a treatment plan together and started working through it. I needed to get an implant into my gums and I also was going to start Invisalign. The problem was that they made the surgical guide, then I started Invisalign. I got a frantic call from the front desk rep stating that they had gotten out of order and they needed to do the implant surgery before my teeth started moving too much. I couldn't quite afford the $800 surgery at the time (since it came up so suddenly) and they said it was fine to just come in and then I'd make payments. I had the surgery and was told I'd be able to go back to work the following day... this was not the case whatsoever. When the dentist put the surgical guide on my teeth to put the implant in, the guide didn't fit anymore. He used the drill to attempt to make the guide fit, which he did and up getting the guide on. The day after my surgery, I woke up with the entire left side of my face bruised, I had a softball size swelled area on my mouth and I was in excruciating pain. I got through 3 or 4 days of it then my husband had to call the dentist. They gave me Percocets which helped the pain, but that implant just never felt right. I had a cleaning and that's when the doctor checked the implant. He let me know it failed and we needed to do the whole surgery over again. While I appreciate the offer, I no longer trusted this place. I was constantly being pushed to get the next set of work done and I ended up paying over $10k out of pocket. The Invisalign was the express Invisalign but I paid the full $4500. I talked to another dentist recently who told me he only charges $1500 for the express. Also, that same dentist let me know that both crowns I got from Dr. Chase don't fit right and now there is some decay. That means I get to pay for a bunch of the work Dr. Chase did ALL OVER AGAIN. Nightmare. I strayed away from the dentist after the failing implant occurred and I finally found another dentist office that I feel much more taken care of. I honestly loved these guys at first, like a lot. However after going through the full scenario which I now have to re-do, I realized that I really should've got 2nd opinions on my entire treatment plan because I could've saved a lot of money and time.
