Super snobby place. I got the flu and called them to to cancel but it wasn't 48 hours in advance and in the snobbist way possible the appointment setter said "Well since you didn't reschedule 48 hours in advance we should be charging you for the appointment" I couldn't apologize enough and looking back I wish I wouldn't have. So we rescheduled but unfortunately I didn't know I was going to still have the flu for over 2 months. I was reminded on a Saturday so I tried to contact arrowhead ranch to reschedule but because they work bankers hours and they explicitly say on thair after hours message not to contact the emergency line to reschedule or cancel I had to wait till Monday and my appointment was set for that Tuesday so it was impossible for me to contact the 48 hours in advance. So when I called miss snobby(the appointment setter) she said she was not able to reschedule me because I had rescheduled once already not 48 hours in advance and she should be charging me for the missed appointment. This place obviously does not respect that things happen in people's lives that they cannot control. I'd think about being upset if thair wasn't a dentist's office on almost every street corner in this area.

After an awful experience at another place I decided to get a second opinion from Dr. Jeff. Not only he proofed he has a heart compared to other doctors who are just after your money, he did a great job as well. His generosity, honesty and good communication is examplery.He just got a new patient for a lifetime.

I started going to Dr. Chase a couple years ago with a broker tooth. He cleaned it up and capped it in one session without a problem. I've been going for semi-annual check-ups since with satisfactory results. His staff seems professional and competent. I participate in his VIP program for some cost breaks. If you try him I suggest you check this out.

Gotten three emails to remind me for my appointment if I was to cancel less than 24 hours they would charge me fifty dollars which I understand I was ready that morning to go than I get a phone call two hours before my appointment saying that it was canceled I had then asked if I was able to get fifty dollars credit to my account since they never gave me 24 hour notice .They told me they would get back with me but never did . I only thought that would be fair.
