What a great dental office!! Very friendly and kind staff who were very informative and professional! Everyone I encountered was very willing to explain what was going to happen and why. The office was very clean and inviting and they are getting ready to paint and do some renovating to make it even more pleasant. Both Doctors were friendly and willing to explain what was needed and what was not.

Friendly, listened to question and concerns, answered and explained. This applies to office personnel, dentist, assistant and hygienist. Every person I encountered was absolutely great. Very pleasant environment. The examination was thorough, the probing was gentle, the care was great. I was given information about the condition of my teeth, recommended treatment options and I also received helpful Information about payment options. Each person I talked to was attentive and polite. Also, I was not rushed. Very grateful. My teeth feel great after cleaning too.

I love the staff at Pineview Family Dental. My hygienist, Julianna, is always on time and does a great, deep cleaning. I love leaving there knowing they took great care of me. The new doctor, Dr. Stein was very friendly and seems to be a great fit. I would recommend them to all my friends and family.

First, and very important, was the very friendly and professional treatment from everyone -- office staff, dental hygienists, doctors. The work was thorough, complete and followed by an understandable treatment plan. At all times I felt I was in caring, competent hands. Any concerns and questions were given full consideration and answered well. (I'm a new patient.)

My dentist is so gentle and patient as I have extreme dental anxiety. I’ve had two crowns and it was a painless procedure done on the same day! Eric and the entire staff from the moment you walk in the door is amazing! I would highly recommend them.

My teens and I were really impressed with the genuine kindness and caring atmosphere at Pine View Family Dental. We appreciated the time the staff took to educate and point out on X-rays any issues. One of my teens told me, “ you have always told me to brush my teeth but now I understand the importance of brushing my teeth.”

Dr Glass is great, cancellation policy needs work. I wanted to stay w this dentist upon moving out of town. I had to cancel with short notice due to an accident on the interstate route to get there.

I explained everything and that I would be 45 minutes late but instead I got charged $50 and offered an appointment 2 weeks later.

Maybe I’m being sensitive but I thought a family dentist practice would’ve treated me a little more like family and at least waived the cancellation fee under these circumstances.

Now I have to find a dentist closer to me to avoid this happening again.

I had some significant work done and the staff was wonderful. Kind, supportive, professional. Dr. White is truly the best. For someone with extreme dentist anxiety, I was beyond pleased. Very grateful to everyone at Pineview.

This office is excellent! From the front to the back office, every staff member is kind and helpful. Dr Glass and Dr White are both friendly, knowledgeable and gentle. I feel so thankful to have found them. They feel more like family and I look forward to going to the dentist now! Stellar service and team. They were able to get me in quickly and the staff is so nice! I’ve had trouble in the past with my bite not being quite right with past dentists and causing a bruised tooth because I clench my teeth but Dr white did such a good job it feels perfect thank you so much!
