Dr. Glass, Dr. Stein, Dr. White and the team are truly amazing! I've been to quite a few dental offices in Arizona and this one is by far my favorite. Dr. Glass is a great dentist and he always puts my mind at ease when doing treatment. They are very trustworthy and never push any treatment on me that I don't need. I look forward to seeing the doctors and the team for all my dental work needs. I've been to this office multiple times now and the entire team has continued to impress me! I'll be a lifelong patient!!!

I am disappointed by the treatment we received here. Our family (4 people) moved to Prescott a couple years ago. We were cash patients, and Pineview Dental offered us a family plan which seemed like a good price at the time. We paid the yearly fee and signed up. Upon getting started, the office staff informed me we would have to pay an additional $75 each ($300 total) for the initial exams (new patient fee). That was an unfortunate surprise.
Everything seemed fine for one year. At year two, I was told I needed a crown replaced (it was coming loose, they said). It didn’t seem loose to me. Furthermore, they wanted to also replace the crown next to it (no problem with that one, but it was old, apparently.) I agreed and had the work done. I paid over $2,200, or $1,100 per crown, which I discovered was higher than other local quotes of about $950/crown. Within a week, they suggested my husband also needed a crown replaced. He got a second opinion, and it was not recommended to be replaced. At the same time, our son was charged over $300 to fill a cavity, that they were aware of 6 months earlier, but they didn’t do anything about. So it appears Pineview didn’t take care of the filling in a timely manner, but simply allowed it to get bigger and then charged more (multiple surfaces). I hoped we would receive ethical and appropriate services from Pineview. But my experience led me to believe this practice is taking advantage of cash patients. I strongly recommend patients question crown replacements, and other dental recommendations with this dentist.

They were kind enough to take me in at the last minute 4 an emergency mouth issue and got me in and treated quickly. I love that they used conservative measures and my mouth healed wonderfully. Dr. Glass and his staff we're all wonderful, very proficient, and professional.

Before moving to Prescott and going to Dr. Glass at Pineview Family Dental, I had one exam and two cleanings a year. I might have needed a crown every 5 years. Dr Glass said I needed three cleanings a year and two crown replacements at my first visit. After my second cleaning he said I needed a third crown replacement. I spent over $5000 to have my three crowns replaced and my wife’s one crown replaced. Dr Glass pointed out that the color match on his crowns was very poor but said this is usual and that only five percent of his patents make him do it over and wear the temporary crown for an additional two weeks. After my third cleaning Dr. Glass recommended that two additional crowns be replaced along with several fillings. This was now 25 times the crown work that I had ever had in a single year with my previous excellent dentist. I went for a second opinion and none of my crowns or fillings need replacement in my new dentist’s opinion. Dr Glass did my last exam without a mask. Several days later, I came down with Covid. Several days after that, my wife came down with Covid. There is a very high probability that I caught Covid at Pineview Family Dental since I am retired and did not go anywhere else that week. It took us both about two weeks to recover from Covid and was a very unpleasant experience. I wish this rating system had negative stars.

From front of the house to the back of the house, Pineview is a fantastic experience. Receptionists are always helpful and will try to find an appointment for you. Hygienist's and Tech's are all super sweet and comforting. Marie is a great example, she has been wonderful. The doctors are also great, they do their doctor stuff well.

And the technology is top notch. I needed a crown and instead of having it molded and sent to lab to be placed in later, I got it all done in one appointment(just over two hours of time all in all). They have a 3D printer to manufacture your custom crown on site!

I have never had my teeth cleaned as thoroughly as they do it at Pineview Dental! And they are always on time; no endless wait in the lobby. Very professional all round.

Dr. Glass and his staff are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. A very welcoming dental facility. I highly recommend pine view family dental. Everyone is just kind, welcoming and always happy. I have seen quite a few dental facilities in my years and have chose not to return for reasons of bad service, mediocre care and rush on patients. I just appreciate the employees and the product. As a first responder they also worked with and adjusted to my inconsistent schedule of my job.

Dr. Glass is the best. Had a crown on my front tooth done about 5 months ago and started chipping off. Dr. Glass is replacing it for no cost with something stronger since I have a terrible overbite. He is always professional, friendly & kind. His staff is great! Office is well run. I highly recommend him!
