Had an emergency and Jackie got me in very promptly and welcomed me back very nicely. All the personnel were warm, gracious, loving and I got to meet a new dentist Dr. Wachter who impressed me. The staff are friendly and efficient. The dental hygienist gave me a thorough and gentle teeth cleaning. Having moved to Prescott recently, the staff took care of contacting my prior dental office to obtain Xrays. Dr. Glass is professional and has a great personality, making me very comfortable during my exam. I highly recommend Pineview Dental!

I was glad and felt appreciated that the office listening to my concern. I had a new hygienist Ashley who had experience over 20++ years (DA + hygienist). The way she did cleaning my was so proffesional, made me feel very comfortable and also I felt hardly any discomfort on my teeth cleaning. And on some of my swollen gum that happened just that, she showed me with the mirror, that was very appreciated -- it made me seeing the facts that's what happening with my teeth. So, i think that's very Profesional and details, and it did made me feel appreciated. She also has beautiful natural teeth-- which she told me that she did all high cleaning everyday-- that's one part I'm still missing 😄 🤣. I'm glad their service and hospitality and proffesionality came back -- even more higher ratings !! Thank you Ashley. One of the best hygienist.

My regular hygienist was really good. She was funny, gentle and did a really great job cleaning my teeth. Then the dentist Dr Glass was diagnosing me,.and he would decide what's best for me. The new hygienist, not so much. She was very rough on cleaning my teeth, and she spent every seconds, she would like oh, you have periodontitis, your teeth has mobility, you have lost half your gum, you would lose your teeth if you don't follow what I told you. I have a medical background, even only working a while in Healthcare, I know that the one that should diagnose me is Doctor. Not hygienist, not dental assistant. The Dentist didn't say anything at all. I have only 3-4 cavities total all my 42 years of life,, never have any pain with my teeth or gum since I was 12, and all of the sudden, the hygienist said all these things, it just made no sense. Dr Wachter is great. When I have problems with my teeth. How I decide is : 1. The injection of the anesthetic 2. The gentleness and precision how my teeth was taken care of 3. What happened after my teeth was done 4. The numbness is done in 4 hours and 5. The results was good because everything feels great and I don't have any pain afterwards. Both Dr Glass and Dr Wachter are best so far. But I personally will request another hygienist. Front staff really nice, and Marie the DA did an amazing job. Very nice. Thank you.
I've been here since 2018 and Dr. KEN GLASS and DA Vonnie had always been great and amazing. The next visit, hopefully would stand on their value and quality. I'll change my review than.

I went in to get prepped for crowns on both my front teeth. After evaluation they decided they could do them in house. Although it was a long visit, the crowns turned out wonderful! The dentist & assistant stayed after hrs to make them & do adjustments! Saved a 2nd visit & they look & feel wonderful!

The front office received my request for an appointment and responded in a very timely manner. My dental hygienist Bonnie , was very friendly and infomative on the proceedings and also very good in cleaning my teeth. Dr. Glass was also very friendly and thorough in his examination. I'm very glad to be at this Dental care.

This is the best dental practice I have ever been a patient of! The staff is friendly, helpful and responsive. The technicians are experienced and compassionate. The absolutely wonderfully knowledgeable dentists are kind and desire perfection for each patient. Doctor Ken Glass is a skilled professional who has put together a great team, from his Office Staff to his Dental Assistants to his Dental Hygienists.
My wife and I have been patients of Ken's since he moved his practice to Prescott, AZ. I like that Ken works collaboratively with his patients. He has always taken his time to answer all my questions and to make sure that I know my options regarding a treatment plan including the pros and cons, if any, of each option.
I have had a variety of procedures and services including scheduled cleanings, fillings, crowns, a bridge and a replacement partial. Ken has always made sure that the end result met or exceeded my expectations,
For anyone who may dislike injections as much as I do, he is very skilled with the syringe. I rarely feel much of anything.
Ken's treatment staff with whom I have had the most experience are his Assistant, Marie, and his Hygienist Vonnie. They are both exceptional.
