Pineview Family Dental

I do not normally enjoy trips to the dentist's office; I have neglected my teeth and have some serious dental damage. So, yeah, it's embarrassing. The good people at Pineview put me at ease and treated me very well. They made room for me on a day's notice when I had an emergency and they were plain talkers. Very caring. I have a lot of work to do, so I'll update this review as the journey unfolds. As of now, I'm very happy with the kind professional service they provide. Thank you Dr. Wachter and super crew!

This is the best dental experience I’ve ever had! Dr Glass and Ashley the hygienist are fun and easy to communicate with. I’ve had a dental issue which was quickly dismissed by my previous dentist but Dr Glass saw it and addressed it immediately. I feel confident that I will have a long relationship with this office!

Average Service.
I would rate same as other dentists I visited in Prescott.
Nothing spectacular but gets the job done. Last visit was with another dentist that did not fix my chipped tooth but ground part down, which was unexceptable.
Also appointment for 6 month cleaning/checkup was set for this past summer but was canceled and then wanted to set another appointment up for months later. That service was below average.
Reason why total service was rated average overall.

Outstanding dental care! All of the providers from the front desk to all of the dental professionals including Dr Glass were absolutely excellent: pleasant, highly skillful, caring, careful, safe. Beautiful office with a staff that followed safe procedures for this pandemic era. I give them my highest recommendation.

Upon my first visit today, which was sort of an emergency issue, I was pleasantly surprised at how professional, thorough and nice the staff and the Dr was. They took care of my problem and will do further work that I need at a reasonable price. My wife went yesterday for a cleaning and found the same experience. We have found our new Dentist family. Highly recommended.

Dr. Fisher and his dental staff are the most sensitive and caring people I have ever met. My visits are always pleasant. It is like seeing old friends every time.

I was fortunate enough to see a new dentist to Pineview Family Dental, Dr. Stein, to repair a natural colored filling that had fallen out. From the staff to the excellent dentist, I fear Dr Stein of becoming so busy that I won’t be able to get in to see him as quickly as I’d like, so I am hesitant to refer him. I would give Dr. Stein an excellent rating! Fast, efficient and beautiful job!

I had my first visit at Pineview Family Dental today. From the front desk staff to the dental assistant & the dentist, they were all incredibly wonderful! Everything from billing to my dental needs were explained in detail to me in a caring, compassionate, professional manner. I especially enjoyed my time with the dental assistant. We shared stories about our love for our dogs. I am nervous going to any dentist but the staff made my visit a very positive experience. Thank you Pineview Dental staff!!

Great, friendly and very professional. I highly recommend this dental office. Thank you Julie for always taking extra good care of my dental needs. At todays visit which was a routine cleaning, a pocket was found and I so appreciate the deep cleaning Julie did in that particular area. It hurt but it gave me the confidence in knowing she got up inside and gave it a good cleanse. The whole office is fantastic.
