Have had 5 appointments so far and every appointment was on time. For someone who absolutely abhors sitting in waiting rooms for a 50 minute delay with an appointment this alone rates five stars. Everyone there takes great pains in trying to keep their work pain free which also rates five stars. Dr. Ricks and the staff are also very friendly and I believe they truly care.

The staff is great and very caring. They teach you about what is going on in your mouth and don't try to hide what needs to be done. Dr. Penfil is great and truly cares about your overall health and teaches you how your overall health starts with your mouth! Highly recommend them!
