So far, not happy. Left in pain after getting crown made. Called for emergency appointment, not scheduled for three days and no remedy offered for pain relief. Standard of care is embarrassing.

Worst experience EVER! For those new patients who are reading this now, understand the manager never called me and never attempted to resolve my issue. In fact, when I finally got in for what I thought was an emergency adjustment, I discover (not informed) that my crown had come in and it would be seated. Obviously I was glad. However, to add insult to injury, some front office person
thought it was a good idea to interrupt my visit to let me know that she was going to lunch so she wanted to remind me that my balace was due since they were seating the crown. REALLY? (Note: I paid over 80% of my patient portion the day the crown was prepared).
Additionally, even though I had visited this office several times prior to making my 1st visit to ensure they were In Network w/ my insurance, turns out according to my eob, they are Out of Network. Think they should have known that when I ask them at my 1st visit as well.
Goes to show this office staff have no idea what they are doing. Also they never billed my insurance for my restorative work (crown), yet had the audacity to send me a bill. I won't go into the pre-authorization that never happened. Clearly this office cares more about its reviews than actually serving their patients.

All I can say WOW!! They are so awesome. I'm so glad I switched Dentists. They are super nice, not just to their patients but with each other (co-workers). To me that says a lot when they all treat each other with respect. They do their best to make you feel comfortable at the Dentist and to make you feel appreciated. I got so many gifts on my first day . I can't say enough good things about this office and the staff. I highly recommend them if you're look for a Dentist.

The team at Willow Dental is just outstanding. Going to the Dentist is not an easy thing for most people and we are no different. This team made it smooth and uncomplicated for my wife and I. This is our dental office from now on. Great job to you all and thank you.

I made an appointment with Dr Hasket to have my implant crown checked out, since being placed, I noticed more space on both sides of the tooth and food getting trapped, one side more than the other. Dr. Hasket examined the tooth and explained there was nothing that could be done to the crown and suggested a large filling that was crumbling be replaced and that might stop some of the food from getting trapped. I wasn't happy with that answer as I didn't have this issue prior to the original tooth being removed, now it seems, I'm stuck with a defective crown/tooth. When I suggested that I should get a second opinion, Dr Hasket told me to"go right ahead". I asked to speak with Dr Anderson, while he and Dr Hasket could have discussed this matter prior to him seeing me and arrived at the same treatment plan before talking with me but I was made to feel like I matter as a valued patient/customer. And maybe my being upset with the treatment plan was not reasonable but Dr Anderson made me feel comfortable enough to accept the same treatment plan because if the treatment plan be presented doesn't work, he's willing to try something else.
We are self employed, and our repeat customers keep us in business no matter how small the job might be and we endeavor to treat them as if they were our only customer, customer satisfaction goes a long way. I was sad to think Willow dental would let a loyal customer just walk in away.

First timer at willow dental, they are the best. They made sure I was comfortable and were very informative. Love this place, made another appointment to get the rest of the work I need done on my teeth. Will highly recommend to everyone I know.

I wanted to say something nice about Willow Dental but I really don't have anything nice to say. The crown they put on five years ago fell off and now they want $2,227 to fix with they didn't fix it right the first time.

After years of not having dental insurance I found this place at the recommendation of my husband. We both go here and love it. I can be having a bad day and get dental work and leave in a better mood than I walked in with. Very patient oriented with a great staff. I always recommend this office to anyone who asks for a new dentist.

Willow Dental Group got me in the same day and took great care of me. I had been in terrible pain and they fixed me right up. They are kind and gentle. I recommend them very highly.

Super friendly staff and always very helpful. I got my teeth clean by Marti Warner and she’s the best I’ve ever had , she took time to do an awesome job cleaning my teeth and also gave me very useful tips to continue care at home . I’m sad to be moving so far to continue seeing her .

I’ve had many appointments here and always look forward to my dental visits because of the great staff and hospitality.
