This was my first time back to the dentist in too long and it was the best experience I have ever had. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and they were super friendly.

Wish I could give zero starts. Willow sent a military member to collections for their own error!

Willow Dental turned my husband’s account over to collections because they didn’t take a required Xray the insurance (United Concordia) required to pay for the service. My husband was Active Duty Air Force and obtained the needed pre-authorization from United Concordia before the service was provided. Willow was in network w/ United Concordia & according to United Concordia knew what the requirements were as pertaining to their agreement w/ United Concordia (which X-ray they need as proof to be submitted w/ the claim). However Willow DID NOT submit the required Xray along w/ the claim so United Concordia would not pay the claim until Willow submitted the Xray. Willow advised they forgot to take the required Xray so we had to pay thousands of dollars to avoid the blemish on our perfect credit since they turned my husband’s account over to their collections department. The entire cost would have been covered by our insurance (as allowed w/ the preauthorization United Concordia provided before the service) but since Willow did not comply w/ the requirement they agreed to w/ United Concordia when they became a preferred provider the ins would not pay until the Xray was submitted. United Concordia advised Willow could not turn my husband’s account over to collections as per their preferred provider agreement, but Willow did anyways. United Concordia advised not to pay the demanded bill as Willow was not allowed to collect from us for a service they were pre authorized to provide, but Willow would not stop the collections & my husband was deployed & did not need the stress Willow was putting him through while he was deployed & needing to stay focused (which also violated a federal law protecting military members from collections while they are deployed - I provided a copy of the SCRA (legislation that protects from collections while deployed) to Willow & their collection company along with my husband’s deployment orders, but they continued to insist the bill had to be paid immediately or my husband’s credit would be blemished. We were forced to pay thousands of dollars we shouldn’t have had to pay. Shameful fear tactics & unscrupulous business practices that violated their agreement w/ an insurance company they agreed to accept & abide by when they chose to accept their insurance (long before we ever became their patients) certainly changed our opinion completely about Willow Dental. There are plenty of great dentists in NE Fresno, Willow Dental just isn’t one of them! Buyer beware! They don’t care about their patients or hold themselves responsible to the agreements they make with insurance providers they are under contract with. Super scary idea that you may be responsible for a very pricey bill they tell you insurance will cover. They should advise their patients that ins will only pay if they provide whatever the ins requires if they remember to get the xray needed. If they forget to get the xray insurance needs & you don’t know what is needed (how in the world would you know?) then you will be held responsible & turned over to collections even though your ins would have paid if only they had done their job. Scary & uncertain. In 26 years serving in the USAF we have never had an experience like this at any other dr or dental office. Willow is the worst! Save yourself a tremendous amount of stress, time & money & go anywhere but Willow Dental!

I just love this office. Everybody is so friendly and they are all smiling. Of course I just love Dr Anderson. Ashley you were great and friendly. I hope I get you next time.

I had a very pleasant visit today. I came in with specific concerns, and the staff and Dentist listened to my problem and graciously worked around them. Thank you Willow Dental !!

Friendly staff. Always a great experience. And the office is clean and gorgeous! You can also watch TV while they work on your teeth! What more can I say?

It was a very clinical experience. They wanted to make sure they hit all the spot, and they did very well. Not just in the examination but also with customer service, and the billing was simple and easy. I've been to a few dentists in this area but WDG is easily the best I've experienced. That's not taking into consideration the enthusiasm they displayed. So I give 5/5 it was a good experience.

Always very timely, friendly and professional. Dr Haskins is a wonderful dentist and I highly recommend her and Willow Dental Group to family and friends!

The staff always does a great job. Everyone is so nice and welcoming! Very rarely have to wait for my appointment and they’re very efficient but thorough!

I have been going to Dr. Anderson for Years! He is very knowledgable, caring, helpful, I'd go as far as fun! I have had dental emergencies and brother dentist (Dr.Chad Anderson) performed a Dental miracle, allowing me to go back to my life without anyone knowing of the dental work that was performed.
Brother, Dr. Shawn Anderson is very gentle and a Fun doctor, where I feel Weird but I enjoy going to the Dentist!
Their staff is very friendly and compassionate about their patients. I love Smiling because of their dentistry! I have less dental emergencies because of the education I learn when I am educated by their hygienist!
