I feel confused about why I had to go in. Many times it seems I go in and I’m only there for 5min nothing happens then I have to leave and come back on another day. Also apparently I over payed last time I was there I don’t know how that happens but they didn’t reveal this over pay until I ask about yet another hefty bill that was coming my way.
Very nice staff, I think billing needs some work and I think they need to work on communication better. I don’t think I would of opted for the procedure I’m currently getting if I knew the total final cost and the number of visits I’d have to make including several 5min visits which felt pointless. And not worth missing a day of work for.

Excellent service! I called first thing in the morning for a broken tooth and was sitting in the dental chair at 11:15 am.

I was out in an hour with a new temporary tooth. I will definitely be using this dentist from now on. Their staff was just as great as the dentist and their office is beautiful. I highly recommend giving them a try.

From the second I entered the dental office I was greeted with a smile and made me feel very welcomed! The staff was very friendly and the doctor did not rush me! I never felt this way at any other medical facilities. I would highly recommend willow dental group to all my family and friends.

Been coming here for about 6 years and they’re always great and the place is clean. I had a cleaning appointment and was dealing with tooth sensitivity so I risked coming in today. Initially when I walked in it looked very clean. However noticed one receptionist was not wearing a mask at all and walking around freely around the lobby. She didn’t get close enough for me to question her but still made me feel very uneasy for the rest of the experience. Had my cleaning with Raquel, who’s helped me before, and not to be overly critical but she could “brush up” on her people skills. Not very warm or welcoming, and seems to be going through the motions. During the cleaning doesn’t care if water is spraying everywhere on my face and in my eyes. Everyone has bad days but hopefully the feedback helps! When leaving noticed the receptionist was still not wearing a mask. I was disappointed in my visit since I’ve been coming here for years, but can’t risk my health during COVID. I won’t be coming back to be honest.

Really liked my appointment here. I was a new patient and hadn't been to the dentist in 5 years! They are high-tech and friendly. They give you a tour of the office and gifts as a new patient. I also loved my hygienist and dentist, thankfully I had no cavities. They have a place to brush your teeth beforehand, which is nice as many come from work etc.

Very clean, great service. I have had bad experiences with dentist. The staff makes you feel comfortable explains everything. The Dr asks if your comfortable makes sure your good and numb.. I would definitely refer anyone who needs dental work here
