I went into the office with some confusion about my appointment. They were able to see me as it was a follow-up to my appointment a week prior. The office had corrected someone's mistake and I got my blue night guard! I've been coming here for years and have no intention of leaving. Service is excellent, people are super, climate is pleasant, prices are reasonable (I do have good insurance through work). Yay, THDC!!

I have been a patient here for the last few years and cannot recommend the staff and doctors here enough!
I had been putting off my cleaning due to COVID and concerns around that, but I ended up chipping an old filling and needed to get that taken care of. Their COVID protocols all made me feel very safe, even in their "open" treatment bays.
Carla was my hygenist this time and was exceptionally sweet and caring (I can't remember who in the past I been with before but they are all amazing!) I love that they take the time to explain to you about your gums and measurements and how you are doing there and help to make a plan to get them better rather than most dentists which just scold you for not flossing enough :(
I ended up needing to have a crown to replace the filling/tooth that cracked. I came back a few days later to take that taken care of and because they make the crown in house, I was in and out of there and all done in just a few hours! Dr. Calciano is just as amazing as the rest of the office staff. Constantly checking in with how you are doing during the procedure and explaining what she is doing and what is happening through the whole thing which is always reassuring!
Later that day after the numbing wore off, I felt like the crown was feeling a little off in my mouth and called to see about getting it adjusted a bit. The next day I was in and out quickly and painlessly after getting the crown polished down a bit to feel better in my mouth.
Dr. Calciano even called me personally a day or so later to check and see how it was feeling <3
To no fault of them, I think chipped out another filling on a front tooth the day before Thanksgiving but was able to get in the Monday morning after the holiday to get that taken care of in record time.
Similar to most other reviews here, I cannot recommend them enough. They are genuine, sweet, caring, and gentle - ALL of the things your dental team should be!

As many people are to do, I avoided the dentist office for years. My unreasonable fear of needles and misconceptions of how I would experience pain from procedures kept me away.
Decided to make an appointment after a long broken tooth finally started causing me pain. From the moment I walked in the door, I was made to feel comfortable and safe. I have now been back several times within the last year to get various work done to help bring my teeth to a state where I am no longer afraid they will simply start falling out of my mouth.
When the worst part of a visit is the cleaning and not getting fillings or other procedures, you know you have found the right place. It feels great to know that I have found my dentist for the foreseeable future!

EDIT: As of 8/2/2018, I have found one of the crowns applied cracked and then shattered while eating bread. As the staff I loved no longer work here, I was cautious to go back. Upon visiting I was greeted like no time had passed and was embraced with skill and compassion.
