Dr. Mike is awesome and so is Bethany, who cleaned my teeth. Actually felt pampered today, which is a wonderful way to feel at the dentist! The new front desk staff are friendly and personable! Will continue to go her and highly recommend. I really do wish that they'd turn down their lights, though . . .

As always, with every single appointment I've had at Dental Express-Point Loma, I have been treated with the utmost respect, professional care, and kindness by Dr. Jamie and his entire staff. From the minute I walk in until I leave, I am cared for by the great team in Point Loma. They have pretty much changed my mind about dental visits always having to be a bad experience. And the best thing about this is they gave me a brand new smile. I will always be grateful.

Just called to have my records sent over to a different office and the receptionist sounded extremely impatient. I felt rushed off the phone when attempting to clarify when my request will be completed by. My overall experience at this office was good when it came to my dentist but I always had to wait in the dental chair for at least an hour after my scheduled appointment time. Aside from moving further away from this office, my main concern was the wait time despite having a set appointment time.

This place is great! The staff is friendly and professional and do everything in their power to make you feel comfortable. I'll never go anywhere else! I've had one extraction and three fillings here and not ONE complication. Dental Express is where it's at! =D

Love this place. My teeth had been bothering me for a few weeks. I came in 45 minutes before closing thinking I might need a filling. Nope. Turns out I had infection and needed an extraction. My dentist, Dr. Mike, ended up staying late to take care of me. An hour past closing!
I'm sure he had other things he'd rather have been doing, but he finished what he started. All the while, his young daughter waited patiently for Dad to finish up. Seems my roots are long and curved (something like that) and what is usually pretty straightforward ended up taking 75 minutes. Great service. Thanks to the the whole team. I'll keep coming back.

It was my first visit to Dental Express and I couldn't have been more pleased. Everyone there was super friendly and outgoing. My hygienist Josh and Dr. Jamie were both great. I highly recommend using this as your go to dentist!

Every time I've called to make an appointment I've been able to get an appointment that same day. The staff is always extremely helpful and friendly. They make my child feel at ease while getting her cleanings which make our experience there a good one. You know your dental clinic is great when your 4 year old is more than excited to go see the dentist.

My fear of dentists has finally ended!! The staff here are great, laughing and joking, keeping everyone relaxed and comfortable. The dentists make sure you feel good about what needs or be done and work fast to get it done.
Thanks for being so good to us and for making our trip to the dentist a good one. And don't forget...you get a cool T-shirt before you leave.
Dental Express truly has a great staff and great doctors at prices we all can afford.

Dental Express is surprisingly really nice. I say surprisingly because of the name and that old saying about not judging a book by it's cover is so true. Everyone there is super nice and professional. The dentist and hygienist are very gentle and personable. I will be back when I need another cleaning. The office is very clean too, I was impressed.
